    @VodafoneUK I opened a case 7 days ago as my SIM card is showing invalid. No new card received.Almost 8 hours of calls and webchat still with issues and my case is unanswered. Can’t call me as SIM is not working 😡 😡 😡

    @redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

    @VodafoneUK No. Check your call logs @VodafoneUK. It is not appropriate to cheerily pass a customer onto a bot after s/he/they have spent 2+hrs on the phone on 20 Jan & 3 Feb without success. Treat your customers like human beings & call them. Respect their working & family time. Appalling.

    @VodafoneUK There is nothing in the junk. I actually had to bar the payments as it is unfair to keep charging me and not allowing to cancel despite almost three months of trying to do so. This is now affecting my credit rating too, but I refuse to be rinsed like this. What’s your solution?

    @VodafoneUK why is it so ******* difficult to ring into a call centre and speak to someone! I’ve tried 4 times in a row and each time that automated thing just sends a text to a link and basically says to hang up!!!!

    Still have no service @VodafoneUK Was told at 8pm yesterday that it would be back in a few hours. Apparently a few hours in Vodafone world is 24 hours. Nice. Running a small business with no phone service. #vodafonefail

    Hey @VodafoneUK I'm eligible to annual upgrade, I went into a Vodafone store and they said I can only go from Samsung to Samsung, on your website it says I can chose any phone, I want to try the iPhone 13 but they said I couldn't in-store, please help 🤔

    @VodafoneUK If you understand then why was an @openreachhelp engineer NOT here the next morning (or indeed any morning since)? A red LOS light is clearly a line fault. It appears the @VodafoneUK support just exists to keep kicking the can further down the road. Action not words plz. Today.

    The whole episode is a terrible indictment of basic #ConsumerRights in the UK today. This sort of thing simply should not happen post-#ConsumerRightsAct. @VodafoneUK's casual disregard for time wasted & inconvenience caused leaves a sour taste.
