    @VodafoneUK I opened a case 7 days ago as my SIM card is showing invalid. No new card received.Almost 8 hours of calls and webchat still with issues and my case is unanswered. Can’t call me as SIM is not working 😡 😡 😡

    @VodafoneUK what is the point in raising cases you don’t respond to DMs that take multiple days just to ask security questions. web chats that’s still have no response. Your customer service is appalling. 3 weeks now waiting for a SIM. Cancelling contracts 😡

    @VodafoneUK I think we're good now, I had a look on YouTube for a fix and it's working, other half had a similar issue on his phone too and it's corrected itself. Thanks for getting back to me.

    @redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

    @VodafoneUK my broadband is so unpredictable, it stops working for a couple of hours, then comes back on, this is happening more frequently and as its happening after 9pm there is no support, vodaphone business team are nowhere to be seen and you guys on here havent replied to any of my DM's

    Shock Horror @VodafoneUK broadband down again, and to think I was stupidly thinking of going pro with them, hahaha no chance, calling tomorrow and its cancellation time. 6th time in a month its gone off, awful and stay away.
