    @redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

    @VodafoneUK what is the point in raising cases you don’t respond to DMs that take multiple days just to ask security questions. web chats that’s still have no response. Your customer service is appalling. 3 weeks now waiting for a SIM. Cancelling contracts 😡

    @VodafoneUK shocked to see a company the size of this passing 100% of CPI increase onto customers...... and then adding another 3.9% to support network upgrades. Nothing you say about your increased cost base will justify this. Will you lower bills when CPI hopefully reduces? No.
