    @redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

    Terrible customer service @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup Really sad there’s no interest in supporting bereaved customers and impossible to speak to anyone. @financialombuds there must be some accountability when it’s Vodafone error and there’s no way of getting it dealt with. Sad.

    @VodafoneUK I have tried to port a landline number over from EE for the past 3 weeks and spent over 10 hours on the phone trying to get this done. I am so fed up with this pathetic service for business customers. I want to speak to someone in charge to resolve this

    @Pommster76 @VodafoneUK Initially, yes. If their "customer service" team can't resolve the issue I have to take the complaint to one of the ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) schemes.
