    @redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

    @VodafoneUK hi why isn’t my mobile date working for certain apps? E.g uploading/downloading photos on WhatsApp, Twitter app, Pinterest & LinkedIn? I’ve done all updates on my phone, checked all possible settings yet they’re still not working.

    @VodafoneUK what a total disgrace. IWatch contract ended on 18Dec and still your staff can’t figure out how to switch it to sim only. I’ve called three times so far for this issue. Spent over 4 hours on the phone. Will have to call again yet. Terrible service!

    @VodafoneUK I want to return a £50 SIM I have talking on the cat for 1 hr & I have never experienced such incompetence! I have not activated the SIM. Why would I top it up? Why send a security pin to a phone number you know I haven't activated?
