@VodafoneUK I opened a case 7 days ago as my SIM card is showing invalid. No new card received.Almost 8 hours of calls and webchat still with issues and my case is unanswered. Can’t call me as SIM is not working 😡 😡 😡

@VodafoneUK what is the point in raising cases you don’t respond to DMs that take multiple days just to ask security questions. web chats that’s still have no response. Your customer service is appalling. 3 weeks now waiting for a SIM. Cancelling contracts 😡

@redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

@VodafoneUK Shocking broadband service. I was told an engineer would be round Wed, took the day off work for them, nobody shows up. Live Chat ignored the issue and just said to wait until midnight for the internet to work. Knew it wouldn't (it didn't). Is there even a service?

@VodafoneUK Been told to wait 24 hours and it will all be working by midnight last night. Guess what not working I want it fixing now and compensation for the lies are rubbish service. 5000 properties my estate I tell everyone on the local group stay off vodafone fibre because it don't work

Update on my concerns after reading @VodafoneUK BB reviews. Worked from 8am as they said, speed test gives 200mb as they said. App works a treat…. All good. 🤞

@VodafoneUK the phone was used as designed and never dropped or misused yet even under the consumer rights acts 2015 they refused to fix the phone, criminals in every sense. Avoid @VodafoneUK at all costs as they will do anything include breaking the law.
