@redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

@VodafoneUK Vodafone UK I called in to your complaint team which should be the best team ! I was told that they would send me a email/ text to resolve my issue and they will call me back in 3 mins it’s been 9 hours and when I tried calling back the office was closed!

@VodafoneUK i have never known such incompetence and poor customer service. Do you train your staff to say ‘don’t worry mam I have sorted it for you now just wait two days and it’ll be done’?? Two months of repeatedly being told this! Why can’t you just fix an easy problem?!

Just found out my dad bought a new phone for my mum yesterday from @VodafoneUK costing £140, he asked the cashier could he help set it up as he was unsure what to do , his reply I can but it will cost you a further £25 , absolutely disgusting that Vodafone 😡😡😡
