Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

My mum rang and they said it'd be fixed by this morning and we'd get a month free... still not a drop of Internet. Surely the contract is null and void at this point? I'm leaving them.
