@redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

@VodafoneUK I opened a case 7 days ago as my SIM card is showing invalid. No new card received.Almost 8 hours of calls and webchat still with issues and my case is unanswered. Can’t call me as SIM is not working 😡 😡 😡

@VodafoneUK Your app is very poor. Whenever I try to access account settings it starts loading but then gets stuck part way through. I’m attempting to make sure roaming and calls and txts abroad are enabled, as previously this has not worked even though it says enabled.

Spent 1hr 30 mins on the phone to @VodafoneUK, received 3 further calls after to cover things they’d forgotten to ask.. and after all that it looks like the upgrade is double what I wanted to pay! Think I’ll just cancel my 10+ year multi phone contract and go somewhere else!

@VodafoneUK my wife is on the phone to you customer services right now, absolutely shocking service. Having mistakenly charged her over £200 for cancelling a sim only contract, it will take 3-5 days to process a refund.

@VodafoneUK beyond frustrated with your CS team. Had an install booked for today. Nobody came. Never had comms to stay it had been cancelled. Had to contact CS on chat before someone informed me. Now onto my 4th broadband team trying to resolve it. Throughly annoyed.
