  @redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

  Only 43 days of our final contract left with @VodafoneUK I told them a year and a half ago that if they didn't sort out an issue they created I would take all of our contracts elsewhere. Good customer service is not difficult, bad customer service lasts a lifetime.....

  @VodafoneUK Why is streaming and browsing so sluggish on your network? Decent download speeds, however latency is a letdown.

  @VodafoneUK It would be nice if I could get a PAC code on-line. The chatbot is not working and I have 2 lines so SMS does not work. I can upgrade online, but not leave! The system only warns me that an early termination fee applies, there's no "I know, just do it!" Option"

  @VodafoneUK rubbish customer service and shocking broadband service. Not happy with either, 4th time on the phone today over 2hours and still telling the same old rubbish
