@redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

@VodafoneUK I opened a case 7 days ago as my SIM card is showing invalid. No new card received.Almost 8 hours of calls and webchat still with issues and my case is unanswered. Can’t call me as SIM is not working 😡 😡 😡

@VodafoneUK you booked an engineer 8- 1 yesterday but no show. You texted and emailed your sorrow, we'd get a phone call today but no phone call. We were changing to your broadband because current provider had poor customer service!! What a bad start from you !?

Very poor customer service from @vuecinemas I have been trying to change the date of my tickets purchased with a @VodafoneUK vouchers. I can’t manage to speak to anyone through customer services, and had no response from email. I have now had to purchase additional tickets 😡

@VodafoneUK I don’t care about your coverage on one paltry line of a 12 line network. Seriously not happy about this. People spend a lot of their time commuting and depend on having WiFi while underground. What are you going to do about it?
