@redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

@VodafoneUK what is the point in raising cases you don’t respond to DMs that take multiple days just to ask security questions. web chats that’s still have no response. Your customer service is appalling. 3 weeks now waiting for a SIM. Cancelling contracts 😡

@VodafoneUK I opened a case 7 days ago as my SIM card is showing invalid. No new card received.Almost 8 hours of calls and webchat still with issues and my case is unanswered. Can’t call me as SIM is not working 😡 😡 😡

@VodafoneUK Eventually had to login to My Vodafone website (which, unlike the app, at least remembered the card I had last used) but this ended up taking about half an hour in total and it shouldn’t be like this :-(

@VodafoneUK any chance you can sort out the massive coverage problems that exist around Oxford city centre and the Oxford Motor Park in Kidlington please? These have been an issue since time immemorial, with low coverage, signal switching from zero to 3G all the time etc.

Pathetic service of Vodafone ....I have requested my Post paid plan to prepaid on 01st September 2021 and received new sim to insert it when tower goes....this told by vodaphone staff but till now nothing has happened @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK @TRAI
