    @redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

    @moonzafi @VodafoneUK I had this issue recently. Turns out I paid Jan bill before December so behind on December and two weeks early on Jan bill. Called them up and the payment was switched round and lines came back on.

    @VodafoneUK I took out two sim deals through Cpw at the end of November, they were both cancelled within 48 hours. Since you’ve taken money out of my bank for line rental. Now your sending me texts about secure net, saying I need to cancel it unless I want it to continue.

    Hi @VodafoneUK we are trying to pay our bill but your customer services team has an automated message which tells us to go to your website but when we go on your website we get an error message telling us your digital services are down and to contact 191. 1/2

    I love getting extra charges phone without explanation and then I use their live chat, It’s a robot, which is useless and won’t put me through to someone who can help. Try Dm them it’s the exact same thing 🙄 @VodafoneUK sort your customer service out
