@redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

@VodafoneUK I placed an order for a PAYG handset & PAYG sim, and contacted Vodafone within minutes of placing the order, that I wished to cancel my order - I was advised this was cancelled. The next day I received my order. I called customer service waited 40 mins be passed....

Happy 50 day anniversary @VodafoneUK! Day 50 of my complaint. 50 days of no customer care, disrespect & incompetence. Complaint being submitted for the 3rd time today. Still taking my money but not happy to listen or resolve the issue. 20 years a customer...time to move on!👋

@VodafoneUK trying to upgrade keeps going to the something went wrong on checking out on the about you page? Problem your end? ETA on Fix? Cleared everything etc tried on multiple devices same result. Seen multiple people having the same problem upgrading to iPhone 13 pro max.

@MasonMountGOAT @VodafoneUK Yes on 3g network. It's alot better now. I get unlimited text calls data plus 5g in some places. Sim only £14 12 month contract.

@VodafoneUK bad enough that there are problems with receiving any calls am now not getting any emails!! Know that at least two have been sent & I expect many more. Suggest you help as this is beyond ridiculous. Am paying for NOTHING

@VodafoneUK tell that to our 0.09-5.6mbps broadband! what a JOKE! Now you are "monitoring line for 72 hours" repeat customer after recent house move and you just had 10 days to fix this what is 3 days going to do!? should be "unbeatable network for reliably terrible!"
