    @redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

    @VodafoneUK knowingly miss sold me a 24 month contract for a sim only deal yet told me to my face it was a rolling contract that I could cancel at anytime, also the fact I have called multiple times to complain about poor signal has been ignored.

    Wow @VodafoneUK customer service are impressively s**t. Trying to sort issue for months. 1hr 20m on phone a few weeks ago, unresolved. Chased this week,‘we’ll get back to you.’ Got an email ‘we tried to contact you (WHEN?) but we couldn’t so we’re closing the complaint. 🤬🤬🤬

    @vodafoneUK It's the way Vodafone deliberately give their own customers a shite service after taking their hard earned £ It truly is the hallmark of a nasty set of *****. No apology, no offer to reimburse, nothing. Stay away from these *****, they will **** you no vaseline.
