@VodafoneUK I opened a case 7 days ago as my SIM card is showing invalid. No new card received.Almost 8 hours of calls and webchat still with issues and my case is unanswered. Can’t call me as SIM is not working 😡 😡 😡

@redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

@VodafoneUK I’ve contacted them 4 times! Every one says the same. Sorry we are having problems reconnecting your number it will be online in 24 - 48 hours. Then nothing.. I’ve reported a complaint via the website! I’ve been a customer 13 years with these two numbers and now ones lost.

@VodafoneUK Thanks @VodafoneUK I shouldn’t have to call you to fix your mistake. Please have someone suitably authorised to resolve this amicably call me within next 24 hours otherwise I will take this up with OFT. Don’t try fob me off with standard sales offers and scripts. That won’t work.

@VodafoneUK and don't you dare tell me it's a third party issue because it's not. Don't pretend you don't understand how this works. The voucher off is on a third party but once you click you're redirected to Vodafone 's website. I'm not subscribing through a third party

@VodafoneUK The point is that your website prevented me from taking up an offer an hour and a half before it was due to expire. This is a Vodafone issue that you don’t event acknowledge let alone help with. I’ll refer this to the OFT unless someone sorts this.
