  @redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

  @VodafoneUK after speaking to one of your advisers I am now out of contract and thank god I am! how I spoke to was rude after finding a deal with 02 for cheaper I was told for the sake of a £52 a year I might as well stay I hope 02 have better customer service.

  @VodafoneUK That would be great if you could speak to anyone. Your support team cannot even connect to your OneNet team. Very poor service. Needs sorting asap, poor telephone service costs businesses when they cannot use their phone systems
