    @redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

    Hi @VodafoneUK your router refuses to reset itself, your app doesn't work, your wifi is rubbish & customer service is no help. I've got two kids trying to home school. However you'll charge me for the whole of the rest of my contract if I want to change provider. Any suggestions?

    @zoonphonanta @domjoly @VodafoneUK As they are breaking the rules of their contract by providing you with a rubbish service you’re within your rights to cancel the contract with no repercussions, cancel the direct debit and move on

    @VodafoneUK @zoonphonanta good luck with it Alf. Took me 2 months of ringing every day, getting cut off, being promised new modems, engineer visits. All to no avail. Broke free of the shackles and went with Virgin. Not an issue since.
