    The funny thing about @vodafoneuk’s hold music is that it has lyrics like ‘I’m back at square one’ and ‘I get used to living with no-one’.... which, sums up there service! Always back at square one, and no one who will accept we have a problem. Comedians as well as hucksters.

    @VodafoneUK truly shocking customer service, want to speak to someone about changing my plan and all I get is automated voices, sending a link that doesn't work and then hangs up. I would like to speak to someone before I end up cancelling my account, to TOBI!

    @VodafoneUK I think we're good now, I had a look on YouTube for a fix and it's working, other half had a similar issue on his phone too and it's corrected itself. Thanks for getting back to me.

    @VodafoneUK having issues with nuisance calls from a number very similar to my own. Only the last 3 digits are different. I rang one of the numbers back today and the person who answered says she never rang me but has a similar number to me and is having the same problem with 1/2

    @VodafoneUK absolutely disgusting customer service. Charged £86 + unjustified then can’t get through on the phone for over an hour then when I get an answer it’s the wrong department who just hang up instead of put me to the right one 😡😡😡

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I wish to cancel an account which is out of contract & I haven’t used for months. It’s a sim only sat in an iPad. So not able to dial 191. Your queue time is 43 minutes on the 0333 number. How can I cancel without wasting an hour of incurred charges

    @VodafoneUK I've just switched to you and am disappointed to find out that you have no network coverage in Tyne & Wear @My_Metro tunnels. With @EE I got 4G suitable for video calls and uninterrupted Teams meetings from home to work. Now I can't even get 2G. When will you upgrade?

    @VodafoneUK WiFi Calling is still in phone app's settings, still enabled. Network name? err.. In flight mode, "SIM card status" page says Network: not available, with 113dBm 0 asu signal strength. Should it work the same when roaming (says its not but guessing just due flight mode)

    @VodafoneUK just the worst customer experience. You 2 x charged me for Spotify. To speak to a human being it took 4 goes to get through CH system and opt to leave Vodafone. 1hr+ later & I hv spoken to 3 diff people & am still overcharged. All VF fault at the expense of my time.
