    @VodafoneUK @Ofcom so I ask for PAC CODE to leave network early. Agreed to early term fee which then goes up by over £30 as I wish to retain my own number. They are making a killing out of unsuspecting customers. #disgracefulcustomerservice Complaint raised.

    Pleased our @VodafoneUK broadband contract is now up. This WiFi has been awful for too long! Time to go somewhere who will actually send a human to sort it out once and for all!

    @VodafoneUK what is the point in raising cases you don’t respond to DMs that take multiple days just to ask security questions. web chats that’s still have no response. Your customer service is appalling. 3 weeks now waiting for a SIM. Cancelling contracts 😡

    So got email off @VodafoneUK saying I can now upgrade so goes on to see cost I’ve been a customer for 10 years and they still want £50 upfront cost and then whatever it cost each month for the phone think I may change to a different provider a cheaper one!

    Still offered me nothing offered to find out what has happened @VodafoneUK ?!...I know what’s happened my live date was delayed 35 days knowing the reason isn’t gonna get me lost money and time back it’s not gonna make me feel better or sleep easy at night. Customer service tosh

    @VodafoneUK I opened a case 7 days ago as my SIM card is showing invalid. No new card received.Almost 8 hours of calls and webchat still with issues and my case is unanswered. Can’t call me as SIM is not working 😡 😡 😡

    @elaine_f14 @VodafoneUK Kent is definitely having an issue! My data doesn’t work today and 2345 was asking me to “confirm my number” as if it didn’t know what number I was calling from?! Thou I’d been hacked/someone was trying to switch my number to another network or something.. They need to sort this

    @VodafoneUK is it possible to speak to someone over the phone about my awful WiFi speed? Been going on since around 10th June!! spoke to about 4 diff ppl over chat and dms lots of channels changed etc and still awful!!

    @VodafoneUK I have tried “long waits” on that number. ... this is down (I think) to a Fraud that was perpetrated on this account years ago, I have to ring you, and you ring me back.. but I can’t get through to you because of the queues.
