Still offered me nothing offered to find out what has happened @VodafoneUK ?!...I know what’s happened my live date was delayed 35 days knowing the reason isn’t gonna get me lost money and time back it’s not gonna make me feel better or sleep easy at night. Customer service tosh

The funny thing about @vodafoneuk’s hold music is that it has lyrics like ‘I’m back at square one’ and ‘I get used to living with no-one’.... which, sums up there service! Always back at square one, and no one who will accept we have a problem. Comedians as well as hucksters.

@VodafoneUK what is the point in raising cases you don’t respond to DMs that take multiple days just to ask security questions. web chats that’s still have no response. Your customer service is appalling. 3 weeks now waiting for a SIM. Cancelling contracts 😡

@VodafoneUK Oh I’ve had no issues getting in contact, the issue is the advisor didn’t listen or understand that all I wanted was to unlink a watch on my plan from my number - that’s literally it!! An hour and a half for that! It’s sorted now but painful experience to say the least. Thanks.

@Decembermum @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Never, ever have any communication with these agencies. Block their numbers, do not respond to letters - bin them immediately. They can't do anything if you totally blank them. They make their money from people caving in,which I recognise many do.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Despite having depts that deal with bereaved relatives most of the utilities are terrible. Scottish power and British Gas have been particularly bad. United utilities have been great all the times weve had to contact them.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Vodafone were a dreadful company when I left them years ago and promised myself never to return. They insisted I cancel a verbal contract in writing. They also charge for roaming in Europe even when the calls are carried by an network run by, er, Vodafone.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK This is so standard. We had this with LA Fitness a 13 years ago. They made it impossible for my partner having a difficult pregnancy, to cancel, and then sent people in. Eventually I'm screaming at them to take us to court, which they never did. 1/
