    @VodafoneUK I opened a case 7 days ago as my SIM card is showing invalid. No new card received.Almost 8 hours of calls and webchat still with issues and my case is unanswered. Can’t call me as SIM is not working 😑 😑 😑

    @VodafoneUK bad news the camera that was purchased isn't working properly. Waiting to hear back from the company we were dealing with so I can get the e-receipt to exchange it

    @VodafoneUK getting really annoyed with this bar crap on my phone that was meant to be removed twice and yet it still on I could have been £10,000 richer today with @thisisheart but cos of this stupid bar I and still skint! 😑😑😑😑

    Pleased our @VodafoneUK broadband contract is now up. This WiFi has been awful for too long! Time to go somewhere who will actually send a human to sort it out once and for all!

    Just had the worst customer experience from @VodafoneUK to be told from a senior customer relations advisor that I should explore deals from other providers is shocking, only complaining in the first place as 2 pieces of mis-information had been provided already #appalling

    @VodafoneUK @Ofcom so I ask for PAC CODE to leave network early. Agreed to early term fee which then goes up by over Β£30 as I wish to retain my own number. They are making a killing out of unsuspecting customers. #disgracefulcustomerservice Complaint raised.

    So got email off @VodafoneUK saying I can now upgrade so goes on to see cost I’ve been a customer for 10 years and they still want Β£50 upfront cost and then whatever it cost each month for the phone think I may change to a different provider a cheaper one!

    I am so done with @TalkTalk fibre broadband, barely stays connected for 5mins and when it does the speeds are worse than shit! Can't wait for my @VodafoneUK fibre router to arrive, should never have changed!! #AvoidTalkTalk

    @VodafoneUK After wasting so much time, I was told today that I have to enter new 24 months contract to get broadband move or pay Β£65 exit fee. What is this? You can't force your customers to get into new contract or pay exit fee if you can't provide same service at new address.

    @VodafoneUK first you asked me to DM details to help and then sent a copy pasted msg that you can't do anything about contract or exit fees. Is it not fair/sensible that you move broadband if you can and if YOU CAN'T then don't force me to start a new contract or pay exit fees?

    We are both extremely pleased with the level of customer service we receive from @VodafoneUK, so it was quite a shock to have this experience with another @VodafoneGroup company.
