    @VodafoneUK @Ofcom so I ask for PAC CODE to leave network early. Agreed to early term fee which then goes up by over £30 as I wish to retain my own number. They are making a killing out of unsuspecting customers. #disgracefulcustomerservice Complaint raised.

    @VodafoneUK I opened a case 7 days ago as my SIM card is showing invalid. No new card received.Almost 8 hours of calls and webchat still with issues and my case is unanswered. Can’t call me as SIM is not working 😡 😡 😡

    Still offered me nothing offered to find out what has happened @VodafoneUK ?!...I know what’s happened my live date was delayed 35 days knowing the reason isn’t gonna get me lost money and time back it’s not gonna make me feel better or sleep easy at night. Customer service tosh

    So got email off @VodafoneUK saying I can now upgrade so goes on to see cost I’ve been a customer for 10 years and they still want £50 upfront cost and then whatever it cost each month for the phone think I may change to a different provider a cheaper one!

    Hi @giffgaff I’m off to @VodafoneUK tomorrow because you changed the rules on roaming and capped my data after I’d left for summer hols. And then refused to help. Just important for firms to know why customers move their business. Also getting a better deal.

    @VodafoneUK As someone who has 5 phones on one account - a credit check hit for every upgrade is simply never going to happen. A good upgrade service is now unusable for me at least. Looking for a new supplier now.

    @troll1259495251 @VodafoneUK It's not even their call centres. They outsource to an American company, who use call centres in countries with very low paying wages. Who have had issues with scammers, they don't care though 💰💰💰

    @markaizatt @VodafoneUK @YOSushi I had to buy a PAYG sim on a different network today to be able to use data services and work when away from Wi-Fi. It’s been abysmal for ages and getting worse. Will have to leave at end of contact as this is not fit for purpose
