    @VodafoneUK bad news the camera that was purchased isn't working properly. Waiting to hear back from the company we were dealing with so I can get the e-receipt to exchange it

    @VodafoneUK @Ofcom so I ask for PAC CODE to leave network early. Agreed to early term fee which then goes up by over ยฃ30 as I wish to retain my own number. They are making a killing out of unsuspecting customers. #disgracefulcustomerservice Complaint raised.

    Pleased our @VodafoneUK broadband contract is now up. This WiFi has been awful for too long! Time to go somewhere who will actually send a human to sort it out once and for all!

    Still offered me nothing offered to find out what has happened @VodafoneUK ?!...I know whatโ€™s happened my live date was delayed 35 days knowing the reason isnโ€™t gonna get me lost money and time back itโ€™s not gonna make me feel better or sleep easy at night. Customer service tosh

    So got email off @VodafoneUK saying I can now upgrade so goes on to see cost Iโ€™ve been a customer for 10 years and they still want ยฃ50 upfront cost and then whatever it cost each month for the phone think I may change to a different provider a cheaper one!

    @VodafoneUK I opened a case 7 days ago as my SIM card is showing invalid. No new card received.Almost 8 hours of calls and webchat still with issues and my case is unanswered. Canโ€™t call me as SIM is not working ๐Ÿ˜ก ๐Ÿ˜ก ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @VodafoneUK what is the point in raising cases you donโ€™t respond to DMs that take multiple days just to ask security questions. web chats thatโ€™s still have no response. Your customer service is appalling. 3 weeks now waiting for a SIM. Cancelling contracts ๐Ÿ˜ก

    I am so done with @TalkTalk fibre broadband, barely stays connected for 5mins and when it does the speeds are worse than shit! Can't wait for my @VodafoneUK fibre router to arrive, should never have changed!! #AvoidTalkTalk

    @VodafoneUK I just waited 1 hour and 20 to get through to upgrades only to have the call dropped by a very rude CS rep! Do you deal with this or do I take the matter to Nick Jeffreys?

    @crush3dbones @VodafoneUK And yeah, they can fk off with that "DM us" bullshit. All they do is run you around in circles and pass you on to the next person. Same via phone. The online chat is operated by script readers who aren't remotely technical -at all-. Worst ISP in the UK bar none.

    @VodafoneUK I placed an order on 1st June for a handset only. Spoke with customer services 9 June as no update on order, customer assured me phone would be despatched in next couple days Now almost 3 weeks, no update, no phone!

    @crush3dbones @VodafoneUK I feel you. I use Friday/Saturday evenings to go in VR and watch a movie with people. Not going to be doing that at this rate, or much else. They don't even compensate you for the time lost. No "sorry, we are trash and our service is run by hamsters" email. Nothing.

    @VodafoneUK When it is you guys who are failing to provide a service we pay for, for almost 96 whole hours. Esp. at a time when people are expected to work from home and have stable internet connection. Some feedback for you because I will be looking to switch as soon as I can.

    @crush3dbones @VodafoneUK They're paid to copy and paste. Must be an easy job. No technical knowledge required, which is clearly evident by the fact they don't have a functional contact page, network status, nothing. Just "meh, your problem" attitude behind a script. This better resolve itself quickly.
