    @VodafoneUK @Ofcom so I ask for PAC CODE to leave network early. Agreed to early term fee which then goes up by over ยฃ30 as I wish to retain my own number. They are making a killing out of unsuspecting customers. #disgracefulcustomerservice Complaint raised.

    @VodafoneUK I don't, I've had my O2 account credited with ยฃ30 for the inconvenience of having no mobile signal in Stanhope for nearly 2 weeks. However it appears Vodafone customer service isn't so good and @MardybumHelen is one of those customers

    @redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

    @VodafoneUK absolutely disgusting customer service. Charged ยฃ86 + unjustified then canโ€™t get through on the phone for over an hour then when I get an answer itโ€™s the wrong department who just hang up instead of put me to the right one ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก

    @VodafoneUK now I have no broadband service at all..and you even told me to go to another provider..even though itโ€™s your company that has left me with no Broadband.I still think mis-selling is illegal. I aim to seek compensation for lost work.

    Just had the worst customer experience from @VodafoneUK to be told from a senior customer relations advisor that I should explore deals from other providers is shocking, only complaining in the first place as 2 pieces of mis-information had been provided already #appalling

    Pleased our @VodafoneUK broadband contract is now up. This WiFi has been awful for too long! Time to go somewhere who will actually send a human to sort it out once and for all!

    @KirstieMAllsopp @VodafoneUK @lycamobile I've been a victim of identity theft and someone is opening lyca mobile accounts in my name, using my credit file. Lyca mobile have been crap dealing with it. No sense of urgency. Call centre staff won't deal with me.

    Hey @VodafoneUK just a little customer feedback, when someone uses your online chat to upgrade their phone that is all they want, not pushed to get broadband, do you have an apple watch, do you need to upgrade your ipad. Pay extra to have them all connected! The pressure!! ๐Ÿ™ƒ

    did the math wrong. day 8 of no wifi, 3 engineers who never turned up and now being told itโ€™s something completely different that wonโ€™t be resolved until mid next week earliest. definitely gonna cancel my account @VodafoneUK @vodafone @VodafoneGroup

    That was the weirdest afternoon ever - Sky broadband went down around 2pm and has just come back. However, we all then also lost the mobile data signal too - how is that even possible when they are not connected?! @VodafoneUK I had no way of finding out what was happening
