    The funny thing about @vodafoneuk’s hold music is that it has lyrics like ‘I’m back at square one’ and ‘I get used to living with no-one’.... which, sums up there service! Always back at square one, and no one who will accept we have a problem. Comedians as well as hucksters.

    Still offered me nothing offered to find out what has happened @VodafoneUK ?!...I know what’s happened my live date was delayed 35 days knowing the reason isn’t gonna get me lost money and time back it’s not gonna make me feel better or sleep easy at night. Customer service tosh

    @VodafoneUK Oh I’ve had no issues getting in contact, the issue is the advisor didn’t listen or understand that all I wanted was to unlink a watch on my plan from my number - that’s literally it!! An hour and a half for that! It’s sorted now but painful experience to say the least. Thanks.

    @VodafoneUK Bri’s messaged now. Not impressed still without a router after telling you early last wk it had gone to old address. OpenReach been now too, so really frustrating! Try just having a phone to do everything, inc TV when you’ve #mentalhealth & #anxiety issues - not on & not fair

    @VodafoneUK absolutely disgusting customer service. Charged £86 + unjustified then can’t get through on the phone for over an hour then when I get an answer it’s the wrong department who just hang up instead of put me to the right one 😡😡😡

    Was on the phone with @VodafoneUK for 45 min yesterday to fix my WiFi which seems to have degraded rapidly. Scheduled a callback for 4pm today to see if fixed. No call back. And no it’s not fixed. Had to take all work calls on my mobile.

    @VodafoneUK terrible customer service, take a week to find out what has happened to the new phone I’ve ordered. Finally ‘resolve’ it and they order the wrong phone to be sent to me… guess what when I call back they can’t find the status of my order again 👍

    @VodafoneUK I have spent £30 today going to Mum's to sort the landline you haven't turned on. She's 87. Tomorrow I will take another day off work, spend another £30, because it's till not working, and I wasn't added to the account to speak on her behalf as I was meant to be!

    Finally! After yet another call to @VodafoneUK which lasted 90mins and involved being passed to three different people I actually found the one person on their staff that knew what he was doing and it appears that my issue has at last been resolved
