@VodafoneUK so,you signed me up to your broadband,set an activation date,went live..then realised you never took over my landline. Then told me it’s all “open reach’s fault and you can’t actually provide broadband in my area.

@redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

Just had the worst customer experience from @VodafoneUK to be told from a senior customer relations advisor that I should explore deals from other providers is shocking, only complaining in the first place as 2 pieces of mis-information had been provided already #appalling

@VodafoneUK I don't, I've had my O2 account credited with £30 for the inconvenience of having no mobile signal in Stanhope for nearly 2 weeks. However it appears Vodafone customer service isn't so good and @MardybumHelen is one of those customers
