Just had the worst customer experience from @VodafoneUK to be told from a senior customer relations advisor that I should explore deals from other providers is shocking, only complaining in the first place as 2 pieces of mis-information had been provided already #appalling

@redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

@VodafoneUK I don't, I've had my O2 account credited with £30 for the inconvenience of having no mobile signal in Stanhope for nearly 2 weeks. However it appears Vodafone customer service isn't so good and @MardybumHelen is one of those customers

Worst consumer day with @BRitishtelecom (charged me on a 0800 line to solve a £122 bill for a service I never wanted), @VodafoneUK (avoiding me every time I call to cancel my mobile plan) and @BMW (for trying to bill me a £450 service 1 month after buying a approved used car)!
