Vodafone Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Nigel Leeder (@qm8tknfyjy) reported@Iromg @VodafoneUK I’m sure they won’t give a flying ****
-
Brian Moore (@BrianMooreAV) reportedWhat exactly are you playing at @VodafoneUK? I was looking to moving to the network. Not happening now.
-
Jay Ramella (@ramella_jay) reported@SimonDanczuk @VodafoneUK I certainly would, but their service has been so abysmal for years I doubt there are vast numbers of subscribers. Neat job for Vodafone/Car Phone Warehouse, though. They hand out a few SIMs and superannuated handsets: Government pay the migrant mobile bills. Kerching!
-
Mock the Left (@realmocktheleft) reported@RegSimpkin @VodafoneUK I'd **** 'em off mate. Giving SIMs to gimmegrants. Bastards.
-
Mr Crypto Project Manager (@Benson93077859) reported@VodafoneUK been with Vodafone 12+ years, I just wasted hours on the phone to their support because I get intermittent coverage at both of my properties & it’s getting worse, yet I’m paying 100% of the bill only to be told it’s tough & they are sorry! Absolute joke, moving to EE
-
Ian Robinson (@Ramasesuk) reported@VodafoneUK why has your coverage/signal been absolutely awful for the last few months in north Devon? Is it because you joined with 3 and have shut down your own masts and are using there’s?
-
BoB (@BoBaDobDobs) reported@VodafoneUK When will you be allowing Three customers to use Vodafone signal then? You’ve already allowed Vodafone customers to use Three. It seems Three customers are not as important as Vodafone customers in your merger
-
Dan White (@Whitelikedan) reported@MrsSamClarke @VodafoneUK He doesn't even use his real name, which says alot about him. I hope they both get in trouble, him and vodafone.
-
Rogue One (@RogueOne18) reportedNow for the ACTUAL truth… Vodafone doesn’t give “illegal migrants” free SIMs, it donates SIMs to UK charities who support asylum seekers ALREADY IN THE system. Claims it hands them out to people crossing the Channel are false. @VodafoneUK your legal team may be interested
-
Or Sassur (@Orsassur2) reported@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK, your customer service in London was an absolute disgrace. I went to your store simply to buy a Vodafone SIM card and was treated like an enemy of the Crown rather than a potential customer. The attitude of the staff was arrogant, hostile and completely disproportionate to such a simple request. When a customer challenges poor service, your employees should not respond with intimidation, threats or an attitude designed to make the customer feel unwelcome. Your store staff are there to serve customers—not interrogate them as if they were members of the Secret Service. I expected professionalism from a major British telecommunications company. Instead, I experienced arrogance, hostility and behaviour that left me questioning whether Vodafone actually wants customers. @VodafoneUK, is this really the standard of customer service you consider acceptable in London? Because if so, the problem isn't the customer. The problem is Vodafone.
