    So got email off @VodafoneUK saying I can now upgrade so goes on to see cost I’ve been a customer for 10 years and they still want £50 upfront cost and then whatever it cost each month for the phone think I may change to a different provider a cheaper one!

    @VodafoneUK tried to request a Network Unlock code and get email response saying oops you need to have been using your sim for at least 30 days. It has been 30 days! Help

    @VodafoneUK what is the point in raising cases you don’t respond to DMs that take multiple days just to ask security questions. web chats that’s still have no response. Your customer service is appalling. 3 weeks now waiting for a SIM. Cancelling contracts 😡

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I wish to cancel an account which is out of contract & I haven’t used for months. It’s a sim only sat in an iPad. So not able to dial 191. Your queue time is 43 minutes on the 0333 number. How can I cancel without wasting an hour of incurred charges

    Still offered me nothing offered to find out what has happened @VodafoneUK ?!...I know what’s happened my live date was delayed 35 days knowing the reason isn’t gonna get me lost money and time back it’s not gonna make me feel better or sleep easy at night. Customer service tosh

    @VodafoneUK I opened a case 7 days ago as my SIM card is showing invalid. No new card received.Almost 8 hours of calls and webchat still with issues and my case is unanswered. Can’t call me as SIM is not working 😡 😡 😡

    @VodafoneUK One of the WORST companies I’ve ever encountered. Shockingly bad customer service. They are excellent at surprising you at just how bad they can be. Exceptional at creating active NEGATIVE good will with customers. Would gladly pay money to see them go bankrupt.

    @VodafoneUK Vodafone spoiled my Christmas by blocking numbers that I speak to my family on. These two numbers are unable to receive calls or text from any Vodafone sim anymore as VF calling network blocking them 07735262342 & 07411407842. Vodafone network team not ready to help.

    @VodafoneUK the attitude and manners of your 2nd line technical agent Based in Egypt is beyond deplorable!!! Worst customer service I have ever received! Beyond disgusted as a longtime Vodafone customer. All lines will be cancelled at the end of contract!
