So got email off @VodafoneUK saying I can now upgrade so goes on to see cost I’ve been a customer for 10 years and they still want £50 upfront cost and then whatever it cost each month for the phone think I may change to a different provider a cheaper one!

Spent two full hours trying to deal with @VodafoneUK re my contract which ended last night. I had a great deal waiting with @currys, who's staff were superb. Yet #Vodafone were a disgrace. I have been a customer of Vodafone for many years, but will NEVER use Vodaphone again. 😡
