  So got email off @VodafoneUK saying I can now upgrade so goes on to see cost I’ve been a customer for 10 years and they still want £50 upfront cost and then whatever it cost each month for the phone think I may change to a different provider a cheaper one!

  @VodafoneUK Oh I’ve had no issues getting in contact, the issue is the advisor didn’t listen or understand that all I wanted was to unlink a watch on my plan from my number - that’s literally it!! An hour and a half for that! It’s sorted now but painful experience to say the least. Thanks.

  Hi Vodafone UK. I have an LG GR500FD that is locked to Vodafone UK. The phone displays “Invalid SIM card network lock.” I am currently in Nigeria and need the Network Unlock Code (NUC/NCK). Your online NUC form and webchat aren’t working for me. @VodafoneUK
