    Just had the worst customer experience from @VodafoneUK to be told from a senior customer relations advisor that I should explore deals from other providers is shocking, only complaining in the first place as 2 pieces of mis-information had been provided already #appalling

    So got email off @VodafoneUK saying I can now upgrade so goes on to see cost I’ve been a customer for 10 years and they still want £50 upfront cost and then whatever it cost each month for the phone think I may change to a different provider a cheaper one!

I would suggest that customers never enter into contracts but have monthly PAYG accounts which simply debit cc

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I experienced exactly the same when my mum died. Vodaphone we’re utterly heartless, devoid of any compassion, greedy and just downright awful. I ended up paying what Vphone said she owed and had to deal with the debt collectors. Hideous company.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Sorry to hear this I had an horrendous time trying to cancel a phone contract with Vodafone it took months well nearly a year and they kept saying it was cancelled and then sending me warning letters about unpaid amounts… and they never once said sorry!

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I have a bad debt for a Vodafone contract I cancelled 10 years ago. For years I kept getting different Debt agencies after a debt I could prove I paid. Didn’t do any good. Never been back to Vodafone. EE is better. Dead relative, pop to a shop, show certificate. It’s cancelled.

    @VodafoneUK is a joke!!! I don’t have internet in my house or phone and my phone issue has been going on for 3months!!!! Today they tell me we will compensate you £20 for the no data for the last 3 months! I pay £30 a month for unlimited data!!! Absolutely FUCKERIES
