Just had the worst customer experience from @VodafoneUK to be told from a senior customer relations advisor that I should explore deals from other providers is shocking, only complaining in the first place as 2 pieces of mis-information had been provided already #appalling

@VodafoneUK Another week gone and still no response or vouchers yet have fulfilled all the criteria. This has to be one of the worst customer service experiences ever. Having to chase to get something that I am legitimately entitled to is pretty poor to be honest.

@VodafoneUK @vodafone It's been down in the entire Manor Park area. When I go out of that area it works perfectly at the level we had come to expect before this. Near 2 months of dropping, spotty, non-existant data at home, two months of having to go out to get any sort of access for work.
