    @VodafoneUK what is the point in raising cases you don’t respond to DMs that take multiple days just to ask security questions. web chats that’s still have no response. Your customer service is appalling. 3 weeks now waiting for a SIM. Cancelling contracts 😡

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I wish to cancel an account which is out of contract & I haven’t used for months. It’s a sim only sat in an iPad. So not able to dial 191. Your queue time is 43 minutes on the 0333 number. How can I cancel without wasting an hour of incurred charges

    Still offered me nothing offered to find out what has happened @VodafoneUK ?!...I know what’s happened my live date was delayed 35 days knowing the reason isn’t gonna get me lost money and time back it’s not gonna make me feel better or sleep easy at night. Customer service tosh

    @VodafoneUK I opened a case 7 days ago as my SIM card is showing invalid. No new card received.Almost 8 hours of calls and webchat still with issues and my case is unanswered. Can’t call me as SIM is not working 😡 😡 😡

    @VodafoneUK absolutely disgusting customer service. Charged £86 + unjustified then can’t get through on the phone for over an hour then when I get an answer it’s the wrong department who just hang up instead of put me to the right one 😡😡😡

    @VodafoneUK @peterconny61 Ben, it's because the router is still getting a connection to the Vodafone gateway so it doesn't think the connection is down, so won't fail over. Clearly the down detector checks internal services only, and they are still up. Should be pinging something outside your network!

    @VodafoneUK Absolute rubbish. Issues do happen but TOBI down, can't get through to call centres, can't report fault online. This impact is huge but only coms are coming from news channels. At least put out regular status updates on your website

    @VodafoneUK @A31855212 My children only have 2gb of internet on there tablets ? Can this not be changed while the broadband is out I have 3 children doing A levels , Gcse , and SATS , the weather is awful and it’s perfect time to get the revision in .

    @VodafoneUK @jamesriordan70 It’s not some of your customers, it’s thousands!! I left sky to join you on the 4th of this month and have had no interest since 6am this morning. I should have stayed with sky!! Never had problems and always kept up to date with issues. Very poor from Vodafone.
