@VodafoneUK now I have no broadband service at all..and you even told me to go to another provider..even though it’s your company that has left me with no Broadband.I still think mis-selling is illegal. I aim to seek compensation for lost work.

@redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

@VodafoneUK Wife was a loyal customer for 20 years she asked to join a advertised plan but was told it was for new customers only. Poor form from Vodafone enough to finally make her leave. It seems customer loyalty is no longer rewarded anywhere, always best to shop around.
