    @redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

    @VodafoneUK I don't, I've had my O2 account credited with £30 for the inconvenience of having no mobile signal in Stanhope for nearly 2 weeks. However it appears Vodafone customer service isn't so good and @MardybumHelen is one of those customers

    @DTrucker81 @bt_uk @SkyUK @VodafoneUK @EE Yeah I used to be to we have all our mobiles with them too but the issue is the same as all the other providers use the bt line none of them can connect us

    @VodafoneUK so,you signed me up to your broadband,set an activation date,went live..then realised you never took over my landline. Then told me it’s all “open reach’s fault and you can’t actually provide broadband in my area.

    @VodafoneUK now I have no broadband service at all..and you even told me to go to another provider..even though it’s your company that has left me with no Broadband.I still think mis-selling is illegal. I aim to seek compensation for lost work.

    @Vodafoneuk where should I start... Informed home broadband would be installed on 19th Feb current still awaiting.. . Now my partner Internet on her phone not working. The advisor provided iPhone update when she has hawaii phone

    @VodafoneUK must be the worst company@in the world for its customer service I have been passed around more times than I remember and still no where. I recommend you stay away from this company and get your stuff elsewhere.

    @VodafoneUK I am having a lot of issues with Internet data on 4g. Says I have 4g but can't view anything, I go to the my Vodafone app and can't because I apparently have no Internet. Not impressed with the level of 4g coverage

    @VodafoneUK I have an open complaint with yout company the complaint handler has just said to me he would contact the bereavement team .Me or my wife are not dead why rhe he'll would he want to pass me to this team I have also requested a manager to call me he has refused this
