@VodafoneUK what is the point in raising cases you don’t respond to DMs that take multiple days just to ask security questions. web chats that’s still have no response. Your customer service is appalling. 3 weeks now waiting for a SIM. Cancelling contracts 😡

@VodafoneUK Hi, I wish to cancel an account which is out of contract & I haven’t used for months. It’s a sim only sat in an iPad. So not able to dial 191. Your queue time is 43 minutes on the 0333 number. How can I cancel without wasting an hour of incurred charges

@VodafoneUK I opened a case 7 days ago as my SIM card is showing invalid. No new card received.Almost 8 hours of calls and webchat still with issues and my case is unanswered. Can’t call me as SIM is not working 😡 😡 😡

Still offered me nothing offered to find out what has happened @VodafoneUK ?!...I know what’s happened my live date was delayed 35 days knowing the reason isn’t gonna get me lost money and time back it’s not gonna make me feel better or sleep easy at night. Customer service tosh

Dear @VodafoneUK. I am a new business customer. You have tried 3x to get DPD to deliver my router. Twice the driver has claimed to have missed as I sat at work with my shutters open. Once he refused to hand over the parcel as (being new) I didn't have a router to exchange. 1/2
