    @VodafoneUK what is the point in raising cases you don’t respond to DMs that take multiple days just to ask security questions. web chats that’s still have no response. Your customer service is appalling. 3 weeks now waiting for a SIM. Cancelling contracts 😡

    @VodafoneUK so,you signed me up to your broadband,set an activation date,went live..then realised you never took over my landline. Then told me it’s all “open reach’s fault and you can’t actually provide broadband in my area.

    So got email off @VodafoneUK saying I can now upgrade so goes on to see cost I’ve been a customer for 10 years and they still want £50 upfront cost and then whatever it cost each month for the phone think I may change to a different provider a cheaper one!

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I'm so sorry, that's awful. Having done this when my mum died, I have to say that @O2 was fantastic. The contract wasn't even in her name as I paid for it but they closed the account and wrote off the balance with just one email of the death cert. Such a help.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Vodafone are the scum of the earth. After a year of the worst broadband connection in the UK we agreed to call it a day. They ' forgave' £90 of charges. A year later the scum passed the amount out for debt collection.

Over the years they've "forgot" to take my dd for 18 months, support has advised me to use website features that don't even exist on multiple occasions, they seem unable to renew contracts without it being a major ball ache... utter trash.

Would love someone to do a FOI request around this. How much extra money have they made from grieving families?.

You raise prices on a dime and do not seem to be reinvesting in upgrading your network. Your customer service has been so outsourced there is almost no linkage to the company
