Hi @VodafoneUK I’ve spent three hours trying to resolve a simple request which has now turned into poor customer service resulting in me being quite frustrated. I wouldn’t normally contact a company in such a public manner about this, but nothing else seems to be working. Help.

I found a £1k pad had been bought fraudulently and they randomly cancelled one of our phones. No apology just indifference. Total OCG behaviour.

I would never recommend them, not even to my archest enemy. Your experience comes as no surprise to me, sadly. I am sorry for your loss.
