@VodafoneUK customer service and overall experience dealing with Vodafone Uk is shockingly bad, a call system that is not fit for purpose and anyone with a ounce of customer service experience would see that. 2 hours 3 calls and still no voicemail. Chatbot broken 21st century??

@kenzie_foulkes @VodafoneUK I don't think it's a case of training. It's pure ignorance. Just bullying people out of money. You can't speak to customer services unless you pay the so-called 'debt'. You just get diverted to the automated payment line Anyone would think I owe thousands.

@VodafoneUK I've complained twice in your online chat about internet outages, to which I've been asked to provide a speed test (What is that showing if the internet is down?!?). Genuinely the service has been useless since we started with you and you've done nothing to fix it
