@vodafoneuk Just to note, there is a long history to our account including being without WiFi for over a month during lockdown and having an engineer out to replace our OpenReach socket, which we were ASSURED was the problem. Nothing so far has helped.

Hi @VodafoneUK I’ve spent three hours trying to resolve a simple request which has now turned into poor customer service resulting in me being quite frustrated. I wouldn’t normally contact a company in such a public manner about this, but nothing else seems to be working. Help.

@VodafoneUK @CostaCoffee Poor decision by @VodafoneUK to take the network down for maintenance in postcode region IV24 3DP, one of the remotest areas of Scotland, for a whole week during sub-zero temperatures & heavy snowfall. A friend of ours there is really struggling as a result. Please do better.

@VodafoneUK pls help A friend is in the highlands (IV243DP) & is struggling with no network because of your maintenance work. This seems irresponsible to do this in such severe weather with snow drifts making vulnerable people housebound. Some of the community are very elderly.

It really is amazing @VodafoneUK and @VOXI_UK are owned yet 19 hours after transferring my number from Voxi to Vodafone I still can't access my sim. I even had to call 999 (emergency line) to speak to samaritans, How's that fair on people having a real emergency!!!!!!!!

@VodafoneUK I had to spoke to customer services for nearly 2 hours on numerous occasions to get this rectified to get an understanding of this fault, and it was as I said to be its cause in the end, a miss reboot of the router. It's not a good start to our start of use
