@vodafoneuk Just to note, there is a long history to our account including being without WiFi for over a month during lockdown and having an engineer out to replace our OpenReach socket, which we were ASSURED was the problem. Nothing so far has helped.

@VodafoneUK WF34LD apparently Masts being worked on STILL on Low 3G this has been over a week now PLEASE give a date when our signal will be back to normal. Also your signal checker ALWAYS shows Full 4g never shows any faults or mast issues. Please give positive information.

@Ofcom @VodafoneUK I have had an issue from 29/11/2019 when I purchased a 5g phone was told 5g was coming to my area in 2020 its now 2021 no 5g was miss sold misled. Now having my broadband capped to 18mbps be informed my minimum line guarantee is 15mbps i pay for 36mbps
