I’ve taken 4 days of work to wait for an engineer. 2 failed visits, no communicant. On hold for about 12 hours in total. Nobody knows what systems you have. #shocking #disgrace

I intended to send it off to get it repaired, but nobody went to work as it was an "everybody in" instruction. So frustrating it was, I repaired it myself.

I have a mobile account, 2 land lines & 2 broadbands and moving them has been a painful experience. 5hrs and 5 different people spoke to and still no internet or land line 😡😡😡
