  • UnifiedVale Mark Vale | #Commsverse the #MSTeams conference (@UnifiedVale) reported from Macclesfield, England

@aj_180 @VodafoneUK I bought a draytek vdsl router in the end. Expensive, but solved my connection issues out. Their router is a pos. Wan side disconnections was apparently my WiFi in the house according to their technical support, even though they screen shared and saw the logs showing wan drops

  • Durpdog96 Wes Taft | durpDOG96 🔜 NewJob (@Durpdog96) reported from Crewe, England

@VodafoneUK So you actually going to respond to the DM or do I have to add more ignorant staff to my complaint.

Someone else please tell me that @VodafoneUK are the worst company they’ve ever dealt with .... 4 days in, 6 hours accumulative on the phone and still no further on with my issue for both broadband and phone signal. It’s a shambles.

  • bamba_scfc matt bridgett (@bamba_scfc) reported from Stoke-on-Trent, England

@VodafoneUK ******* took you 24hrs to reply your a joke

  • itsmeeekevina Ꮶɛʋɨռǟ | ♡ (@itsmeeekevina) reported from Crewe, England

  • UnifiedVale Mark Vale | #Commsverse the #MSTeams conference (@UnifiedVale) reported from Macclesfield, England

@aj_180 @VodafoneUK I'm now on private fibre that is not a BT or Virgin service but rather kcom. My router and connection has been 100% since May. Only reboot was a fw update. And I've not had to call support yet. I gladly pay the premium price for a brilliant service.

  • bamba_scfc matt bridgett (@bamba_scfc) reported from Stoke-on-Trent, England

  • mmorrisuk Martin Morris (@mmorrisuk) reported from Wilmslow, England

@iamstx @VodafoneUK I called customer services last Sunday and they had me dismantling my BT socket with a screwdriver until I decided enough was enough. I have a week of #ookla @Speedtest results ready for next time we speak

  • shinyperson Max (@shinyperson) reported from Whaley Bridge, England

@NuttyRichie @KevinessW @VodafoneUK You'd also call companies out as irresponsible if they allowed customers to get into financial difficulty by taking out service contracts they couldn't afford. That diligence is them being a responsible creditor.

  • shinyperson Max (@shinyperson) reported from Whaley Bridge, England

@NuttyRichie @KevinessW @VodafoneUK I can assure you, a five-year old issue on an improved credit report will not prevent access to service contracts. It impacts people who routinely, currently, regularly take out contracts for TV, mobiles, broadband etc and default on them.

  • UnifiedVale Mark Vale | #Commsverse the #MSTeams conference (@UnifiedVale) reported from Macclesfield, England

@aj_180 @VodafoneUK Don't get your broadband with them either. Dial up is more reliable. I went back to them 2 years ago. Wish I never. Good job contracts due up soon

  • lcloggy Laura willstead (@lcloggy) reported from Kidsgrove, England

@VodafoneUK @OmbudServices seems only get help if you have a friend working for you #poorcustomerservice #dontgowithvodafone

  • beingankits Ankit Sharma (@beingankits) reported

I got a replacement sim for my old number from @VodafoneUK. It has been a month & it does not work. I can make calls but not receive them. Everytime I speak with them, I am told that it will be sorted in 24 hrs, but it has been more than 30 days. The same story. Horrible service

  • JohnGrover0 John Grover (@JohnGrover0) reported

@VodafoneUK why is arranging a transfer of ownership so difficult? I am being told different things by you call centre, shop. I just want somebody to help me but this is proving very difficult. Please help

  • cpadams1 Chris Adams 🍃💚🍃 (@cpadams1) reported

@VodafoneUK Is your network down in London? Lost everything about 10 mins ago???

  • DanaElemara Dana Elemara (@DanaElemara) reported

What’s worse than beyond terrible customer service from @VodafoneUK ? Well, their absolutely cringeworthy on-hold music.

  • Foxesbird80 Esther 💙 (@Foxesbird80) reported

Urrgghh that @vodafoneuk advert is sooo bad…call handler directing a paramedic to “turn the breech” is beyond wrong….surely just delivering a baby would have been enough…

  • aluco50 Ian (@aluco50) reported

@VodafoneUK tonight the broadband signal was buffering every 5 minutes when are you going to fix this. #poor signal #awfull service #techteam a joke

  • AdzCrawford2003 Adam Crawford (@AdzCrawford2003) reported from Bathford, England

@EE you can actually give a timeframe on network issues unlike @VodafoneUK who take 2 months to fix problems. That’s what I call quality. Glad to be working for you and @btcareers this year on my apprenticeship.

  • jessica_lee2019 Jessica Lee (ANutr) (@jessica_lee2019) reported

@VodafoneUK at my wits end with the lack of phone service in the USA this week. Have spoken to >10 advisors online (tech and network) who all go through the same trouble shoot steps, assure me it will work and then to restart my phone …. And shock…. Still no 4g

  • DrMattStroh Matthew Stroh (@DrMattStroh) reported

@VodafoneUK Is this an award for the network that encourages you to upgrade early & take a new contract, but ties you in for more than the 2 years it takes to pay off the handset & also removes the ‘entertainment’ benefits & discount in the contract. A nice trick to avoid the ECN legislation

  • stitwit John Stitch (@stitwit) reported

@VodafoneUK's moronic radio ad describes the new Samsung mobile as "new and iconic". Apart from the word being lazily overused by every PR and media ****, hasn't anybody told the idiot copywriters that to become "iconic" something has to have been around a good few years?
