@vodafoneuk Just to note, there is a long history to our account including being without WiFi for over a month during lockdown and having an engineer out to replace our OpenReach socket, which we were ASSURED was the problem. Nothing so far has helped.

@VodafoneUK You must be joking. I have been on the phone with @Vodafoneuk many times on hold upto 3 hours you can check. I have applied on September 15th, I had to go to Vodafone store twice. Your insurance team did not register my replacement phone at the time - that is the problem.

@VodafoneUK I did this last year and was told you were improving the signal after a problem. When nothing improved I complained again and was told Vodafone do not guarantee signal in the home. So can you explain what is the point of complaining again?

@VodafoneUK Im always DM'ing and you lot want me to continue doing trouble shooting steps and then keep telling me for over a year that there's maintenance in my area and to waste my time and monitor the issue. As I've said, my handset or sim isn't the issue here
