@VodafoneUK @OmbudServices been in dispute since Nov last year, promised numerous times the issue had been solved I left Vodafone in July but still receiving bills/debt collector letters on accounts & items I have never had #getitsorted #poorcustomerservice #nevergowithvodafone

@vodafoneuk Just to note, there is a long history to our account including being without WiFi for over a month during lockdown and having an engineer out to replace our OpenReach socket, which we were ASSURED was the problem. Nothing so far has helped.

@VodafoneUK I have even tried to close the account and offer a minimal repayment as she has never had a debt in her life. I now have a very upset and stressed mum about to go back to chemo with this hanging over her. Excellent service for your long term customers 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

@VodafoneUK by far the worst company for customer service. 4 days of calling in to try solve my issue, every agent giving a different message and still I cannot log into my account despite false promises. Easier to get blood from a stone than fix an issue with this company 🤬

@VodafoneUK A customer service person said 5th gen iPad Pro wouldn’t work with 5G (quite emphatically…), they had checked the tech spec; the next CS person said my 5G didn’t work because Vodafone needed to activate it… A bit confused and bored of trying to get the problem resolved.

Broadband by @VodafoneUK is rubbish. Poor service in the last 3 days as it keeps on fluctuating and could go to almost a day of no connection. It has happened at least 4x since joining them. Thinking of leaving them soon. Will be on the lookout for better providers.
