    @vodafoneuk Just to note, there is a long history to our account including being without WiFi for over a month during lockdown and having an engineer out to replace our OpenReach socket, which we were ASSURED was the problem. Nothing so far has helped.

    @LIAMCOXON1 @VodafoneUK Bad when you think i did actually have one but @VodafoneUK couldn’t/wouldn’t change the contract they ****** up on in the first place so i had to go out my way to take it back now its 4 weeks down the line still waiting. Half tempted to cancel tbh and go to apple for the max

    @VodafoneUK customer service and overall experience dealing with Vodafone Uk is shockingly bad, a call system that is not fit for purpose and anyone with a ounce of customer service experience would see that. 2 hours 3 calls and still no voicemail. Chatbot broken 21st century??

    @VodafoneUK - Read your notes on my account! After a string of poor services on your side - 1. I had to collect my router from DPD offices (50 miles return journey) 2. Multiple 2 hour waiting to speak to someone on customer service, which is very poor.

    @VodafoneUK Sorry Danny, DM'ing doesn't help because one team will say something and another team will say something else. The team I DM'd earlier were aware of the dispute however the collections team are not and hence they locked my account. I suggest @VodafoneUK get their act together

    Don't @VodafoneUK have an outbound customer service line to speak with customers! Do we have to wait on chat for hours! Sort your service levels out before attempting to sell your service to customers because your customer service is very far from desireable! it's Despicable!
