    @VodafoneUK I have even tried to close the account and offer a minimal repayment as she has never had a debt in her life. I now have a very upset and stressed mum about to go back to chemo with this hanging over her. Excellent service for your long term customers ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

    @VodafoneUK Iโ€™ve been with Vodafone for nearly 10 years and service gets worse and worse.. told 10 days ago my upgrade fee and itโ€™s gone up over the last 10 days by ยฃ50.. how is that possible itโ€™s meant to go down

    @markfoy3011 @VodafoneUK Do what I did, request pac code moved to another network they then requested early termination fee I told no way as service is rubbish letโ€™s go court, they never asked for fee again ๐Ÿ˜ฌ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ‘

    @VodafoneUK @OmbudServices been in dispute since Nov last year, promised numerous times the issue had been solved I left Vodafone in July but still receiving bills/debt collector letters on accounts & items I have never had #getitsorted #poorcustomerservice #nevergowithvodafone

    @vodafoneuk Just to note, there is a long history to our account including being without WiFi for over a month during lockdown and having an engineer out to replace our OpenReach socket, which we were ASSURED was the problem. Nothing so far has helped.

    Oi @VodafoneUK sort out your coverage for Nantwich CW5, itโ€™s been intermittent at best since last Thursday, no calls, texts, messages or 4G coverage. Appalling service.

    @VodafoneUK You have charged me ยฃ9.39 to call YOUR COMPLAINTS LINE! Around 90 mins YOU kept ME on hold! I couldn't use my mobile because YOU can't provide a service. I was told calling YOU from my landline is free! Furious .. 9 hours of my life wasted. And still it goes on & on!

    Still no Gigafast or phone service due to a "fault", nobody lets you know what's going on or an ETA on a fix @VodafoneUK, which is great during half term and easter bank holiday weekend, and won't get comp due to cityfibre managed not openreach (and bank holiday)

    @VodafoneUK Itโ€™s connected via Ethernet, every wire in this house works, there is no issues with my wires or my hub nor my phone line connection, this is definitely an issue with the green box connection, and needs a engineer to look at it.

    @MoneySavingExp Hey MSE, I joined @VodafoneUK broadband via your site. Are you aware how dreadful they are! No broadband, telephone switched off, no date to fix & appalling customer service when you can eventually get through. How do I escalate this??
