    Oi @VodafoneUK sort out your coverage for Nantwich CW5, it’s been intermittent at best since last Thursday, no calls, texts, messages or 4G coverage. Appalling service.

    Well that's ******* stupid!!! I'm sure theres alot of people who are with @VodafoneUK that are struggling atm financially and I just get an email telling from april my plan(s) will be going UP by 2.5% Are you actually joking me right now. 🤬

    @markfoy3011 @VodafoneUK Do what I did, request pac code moved to another network they then requested early termination fee I told no way as service is rubbish let’s go court, they never asked for fee again 😬😎👍

    @VodafoneUK @EditaSllamniku I have the same issue. Absolutely no 4g at all. No internet every time I leave the house. It’s been a couple of days here I think but the status area checker says everything’s fine

    @VodafoneUK @OmbudServices been in dispute since Nov last year, promised numerous times the issue had been solved I left Vodafone in July but still receiving bills/debt collector letters on accounts & items I have never had #getitsorted #poorcustomerservice #nevergowithvodafone

    @VodafoneUK Can someone help me get your Fibre Broadband. I have a new home with a Fibre DP. Currently the line is designated silver and I need it to be upgraded to a gold line via you updating your ORDI software. I don’t want to go to BT so please help!

    @VodafoneUK I have even tried to close the account and offer a minimal repayment as she has never had a debt in her life. I now have a very upset and stressed mum about to go back to chemo with this hanging over her. Excellent service for your long term customers 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

    @vodafoneuk Just to note, there is a long history to our account including being without WiFi for over a month during lockdown and having an engineer out to replace our OpenReach socket, which we were ASSURED was the problem. Nothing so far has helped.

    @VodafoneUK 3 of 4..... SO that's 2 hours to sort out my being knocked off a contract of 30 years standing,my services cut off, for a bill YOU AGREE I NEVER OWED for which you give me an £80 credit. That's £1.23 per hour for the 65 hours spent to date, and now you overcharge me
