    @VodafoneUK I have even tried to close the account and offer a minimal repayment as she has never had a debt in her life. I now have a very upset and stressed mum about to go back to chemo with this hanging over her. Excellent service for your long term customers 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

    @vodafoneuk Just to note, there is a long history to our account including being without WiFi for over a month during lockdown and having an engineer out to replace our OpenReach socket, which we were ASSURED was the problem. Nothing so far has helped.

    @markfoy3011 @VodafoneUK Do what I did, request pac code moved to another network they then requested early termination fee I told no way as service is rubbish let’s go court, they never asked for fee again 😬😎👍

I tried network coverage checker but ...surprise surprise it's not even loading. So as of a few minutes ago I've left Vodafone after many years .

    @VodafoneUK absolutely sick of paying for this service. I can never get a signal and people can never hear me clearly when I ring them, apparently my area are suffering connection issues. So bad, been happening for a full week now 😫 tried to contact customer service, USELESS.

    @VodafoneUK Interesting scam attempt today. Call from landline claiming to be vodafone with a discount for my monthly payment for being a loyal customer. Scammer is able to generate a 2-FA code to be sent from Vodafone and they ask for the code. Just hung up on them lmao.

    @VodafoneUK I'd suggest removing whatever access people have to the service that's generating 2-FA codes. It's coming directly from yourselves and anyone less aware may fall for this scam.

    @VodafoneUK , i have been treated unfairly and over billed for the past 2 months. Paying 233 pounds for calls and over 180pounds is simply outrageous. I kept explaining to your customer line but they never got it right. Is this how a loyal customer of 4 years should be treated?
