    @vodafoneuk Just to note, there is a long history to our account including being without WiFi for over a month during lockdown and having an engineer out to replace our OpenReach socket, which we were ASSURED was the problem. Nothing so far has helped.

    @VodafoneUK I have even tried to close the account and offer a minimal repayment as she has never had a debt in her life. I now have a very upset and stressed mum about to go back to chemo with this hanging over her. Excellent service for your long term customers 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

    @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for nearly 10 years and service gets worse and worse.. told 10 days ago my upgrade fee and it’s gone up over the last 10 days by £50.. how is that possible it’s meant to go down

    @VodafoneUK I passed that on. He tried again & failed. He met with the guy that bought his house who couldn't order his broadband as the line was in use. Even with his help it took over an hour on the phone to get though to someone. If that's true that seems pretty poor for a comms company

    @SCBNI @VodafoneUK Did you know about Ofcoms automatic compensation scheme that vodafone are signed up to? £8.40 for two consecutive days of no service, then 8.40 a day thereafter up to 60 days? Dont let them fob you off with 10 or 20 quid, also don't hold out for help, they're useless

    @VodafoneUK I am in Majorca and my phone has been blocked I have been customer since1994 ,its very poor contact service please unlock my number I am happy tp remove my credit limit I can't ring your obvious reasons
