    @vodafoneuk Just to note, there is a long history to our account including being without WiFi for over a month during lockdown and having an engineer out to replace our OpenReach socket, which we were ASSURED was the problem. Nothing so far has helped.

    @VodafoneUK Apparently not. It tells me to call or start a chat to see my options. Both times I've been told it's NOT a handset upgrade, but a second contract offer. The second of your colleagues actually told me I got the message due to a glitch in the system that they were unable to fix!

    @AhmedShelbaya @VodafoneUK Disgraceful service my husband is receiving - His phone contract has been cancelled 3x due to 'an internal error'. Many calls, hours and days later, the 'fix' cut his phone off completely 5 days ago! He's trying to run his own business. Shocking! 😒
