@VodafoneUK this week I have experienced the worst customer service ever in my life. I’ve taken 4 days of work to wait for an engineer. 2 failed visits, no communicant. On hold for about 12 hours in total. Nobody knows what systems you have. #shocking #disgrace

@vodafoneuk Just to note, there is a long history to our account including being without WiFi for over a month during lockdown and having an engineer out to replace our OpenReach socket, which we were ASSURED was the problem. Nothing so far has helped.

I couldn’t even do a speed test this morning. Was even suggested that it might be someone else’s WiFi that’s the problem? Vodafone are usually good with their customer service. Not sure what’s happened. All I know is I now have crappy internet @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK Never trust Vodafone. I had points to "cash in" for headphones and I was ripped off. They were sent to a completely different postcode and when I asked the assistant to correct it she couldn't as "they've already been sent" - even tho she just did it 2 secs prior in our convo
