Hi @VodafoneUK I’ve spent three hours trying to resolve a simple request which has now turned into poor customer service resulting in me being quite frustrated. I wouldn’t normally contact a company in such a public manner about this, but nothing else seems to be working. Help.

@kenzie_foulkes @VodafoneUK I don't think it's a case of training. It's pure ignorance. Just bullying people out of money. You can't speak to customer services unless you pay the so-called 'debt'. You just get diverted to the automated payment line Anyone would think I owe thousands.

@VodafoneUK customer service and overall experience dealing with Vodafone Uk is shockingly bad, a call system that is not fit for purpose and anyone with a ounce of customer service experience would see that. 2 hours 3 calls and still no voicemail. Chatbot broken 21st century??

@VodafoneUK this week I have experienced the worst customer service ever in my life. I’ve taken 4 days of work to wait for an engineer. 2 failed visits, no communicant. On hold for about 12 hours in total. Nobody knows what systems you have. #shocking #disgrace

@VodafoneUK Similar plans are offered but at £20 upwards. Its a bit backwards that I can to cancel one line and take out another, instead of just offering that deal. I know it’s not a big cost but VF are still having to send out a new SIM card - not thinking about the carbon footprint
