@VodafoneUK this week I have experienced the worst customer service ever in my life. I’ve taken 4 days of work to wait for an engineer. 2 failed visits, no communicant. On hold for about 12 hours in total. Nobody knows what systems you have. #shocking #disgrace

Hi @VodafoneUK I’ve spent three hours trying to resolve a simple request which has now turned into poor customer service resulting in me being quite frustrated. I wouldn’t normally contact a company in such a public manner about this, but nothing else seems to be working. Help.

@VodafoneUK I spent 1hr 50 mins on a chat on last Thursday, only to be cut off. My hubby had a 2hr call, transferred for another 1 hr call. Thar was cut off. He had another hr call but the guy was so rude he put the phone down. I spent 3hrs in local shop last Friday. The manager was amazing

@VodafoneUK It has still cost us the remortgage though, and we still don't have our money. Also, the manager called a number that cut je off, so he saw what we were dealing with. Then he called again and spoke to someone for me who was so rude HE put the phone down on the guy.

@VodafoneUK So after what seemed like an age of pestering me to stay with Vodafone despite the poor signal and to give them another chance, I gave in and said yes to the sim only deal. Then after asking multiple times that its still only a 30 day contract I was asked to sign.

@AvantiWestCoast @VodafoneUK @O2 No. I do not need your help. The bandwidth and patchy transmitter network is appalling. I used to get 9600-14400bps on the WCML in 1998 and I knew when the signal would drop. It is no better now. Despite three methods of connection to a network. This is a shambles.
