Hi @VodafoneUK I’ve spent three hours trying to resolve a simple request which has now turned into poor customer service resulting in me being quite frustrated. I wouldn’t normally contact a company in such a public manner about this, but nothing else seems to be working. Help.

@VodafoneUK I have even tried to close the account and offer a minimal repayment as she has never had a debt in her life. I now have a very upset and stressed mum about to go back to chemo with this hanging over her. Excellent service for your long term customers 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

@vodafoneuk Just to note, there is a long history to our account including being without WiFi for over a month during lockdown and having an engineer out to replace our OpenReach socket, which we were ASSURED was the problem. Nothing so far has helped.

i've literally never had such a bad experience just trying to get my hands on a new phone. i ordered the galaxy a03s days ago from @vodafoneuk only to discover it's on backorder with no notice of when it'll be dispatched. i can't live several weeks without a phone in any case.

@vodafoneuk i've been a customer for years but the repeated inability to log in, transfer registered email to new phone, or access features like order cancellation thru the website is inaccessible to me. it's made me consider changing carriers but i don't want the hassle of that.
