Nothing so far has helped.

They told me that I'd have to go to a store to cancel a service I took out online... Went to store, got told this is a phone shop not bb... Phoned eventually got cancelled. Expensive, but solved my connection issues out. Their router is a pos. Wan side disconnections was apparently my WiFi in the house according to their technical support, even though they screen shared and saw the logs showing wan drops

Hysterically the landline in preference to one of the mobiles. Anyway the messaging service doesn't work - press 1 to hear the message just repeats it and cuts off.
