    @vodafoneuk Just to note, there is a long history to our account including being without WiFi for over a month during lockdown and having an engineer out to replace our OpenReach socket, which we were ASSURED was the problem. Nothing so far has helped.

    @LIAMCOXON1 @VodafoneUK Bad when you think i did actually have one but @VodafoneUK couldn’t/wouldn’t change the contract they ****** up on in the first place so i had to go out my way to take it back now its 4 weeks down the line still waiting.     @VodafoneUK I have just had one of the worst customer service experiences in relation to my broadband. I have wasted an hour and 30 minutes of my time for absolutely no resolve what so ever. Your online chat service is diabolical. Take advice from @mixtiles and @NespressoUK on CS

    Someone else please tell me that @VodafoneUK are the worst company they’ve ever dealt with .... 4 days in, 6 hours accumulative on the phone and still no further on with my issue for both broadband and phone signal. It’s a shambles.

    @VodafoneUK @OmbudServices been in dispute since Nov last year, promised numerous times the issue had been solved I left Vodafone in July but still receiving bills/debt collector letters on accounts & items I have never had #getitsorted #poorcustomerservice #nevergowithvodafone

    @VodafoneUK I have even tried to close the account and offer a minimal repayment as she has never had a debt in her life. I now have a very upset and stressed mum about to go back to chemo with this hanging over her. Excellent service for your long term customers 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

    @VodafoneUK Hi to whom it may concern!….I’m just wondering how you could treat a loyal customer of 15+ years. With such lack of respect! My contract came to an end and and for what ever reason. My phone got disconnected, 3 weeks later and a thousand false promises it still isn’t

    @VodafoneUK I cannot seem to get data/4G to work on my phone at all, it’s showing 4G, normally with 0 or 1 Bar, but nothing loads, can’t do speed test, nothing, no reported issues either, so I don’t know what’s wrong

    @VodafoneUK I've been trying to cancel my contract, for months. I also went to 1 of your high street shops with proof of ID and got a new PIN. Told to call your appalling customer service for cancelling which in return told me to go back to one of your shops with proof of ID?!?!?
