@VodafoneUK avoid there broadband. Yet again no internet, yet again there chat bot won't put you in touch with a person, yet again massive queues on phone line. What's worse than their broadband? Their customer service .

@VodafoneUK so can't wait only another month to get off this awful broadband, I recommend never use these, constant line dropping off, customer service none UK, only solution they offer switching off and on, change the filter and the port

@VodafoneUK customer service and overall experience dealing with Vodafone Uk is shockingly bad, a call system that is not fit for purpose and anyone with a ounce of customer service experience would see that. 2 hours 3 calls and still no voicemail. Chatbot broken 21st century??

@VodafoneUK I have just had one of the worst customer service experiences in relation to my broadband. I have wasted an hour and 30 minutes of my time for absolutely no resolve what so ever. Your online chat service is diabolical. Take advice from @mixtiles and @NespressoUK on CS

@vodafoneuk Just to note, there is a long history to our account including being without WiFi for over a month during lockdown and having an engineer out to replace our OpenReach socket, which we were ASSURED was the problem. Nothing so far has helped.

@VodafoneUK I have even tried to close the account and offer a minimal repayment as she has never had a debt in her life. I now have a very upset and stressed mum about to go back to chemo with this hanging over her. Excellent service for your long term customers 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

@VodafoneUK The first thing offered was for me to go to the store. I was then told I don't have a pin set up, taken through security which I answered correctly but told I failed! I was asked bank acc, address, name, amount but the advisor was new & not v helpful. Issue unresolved

@MsSC1986 @VodafoneUK I closed my business and wound up the company and foolishly tried to stay with @VodafoneUK as a personal customer. I would not recommend this route to my worst enemy. Vodafone do not have the systems or processes in place for this transition.

Thanks @VodafoneUK for being an absolute joke, twice now you have sent a Broadband Engineer to the wrong address completely unrelated to me. So it's now a month and a half without Broadband. Terrible terrible service man.
