@VodafoneUK 4G data speed in Uttoxeter this evening is shockingly bad. What on earth is going on? I normally turn WiFi off in evenings because 4G is faster, but this is awful tonight.

@VodafoneUK Already tried that on the PC. Also tried downloading evil Google Chrome. Still doesn't work. I did however manage to get the phone to work last night though so I've place my upgrade order now. Galaxy S20 FE 5G in White. Can't wait

@VodafoneUK so can't wait only another month to get off this awful broadband, I recommend never use these, constant line dropping off, customer service none UK, only solution they offer switching off and on, change the filter and the port

@Mobilescouk please stock the @oneplus 8 Pro for upgrades. I wanna upgrade from my 7 Pro for a good deal. I'm on @VodafoneUK and they are useless and have a very poor range of phone brands for upgrades.

@kenzie_foulkes @VodafoneUK I don't think it's a case of training. It's pure ignorance. Just bullying people out of money. You can't speak to customer services unless you pay the so-called 'debt'. You just get diverted to the automated payment line Anyone would think I owe thousands.

@VodafoneUK customer service and overall experience dealing with Vodafone Uk is shockingly bad, a call system that is not fit for purpose and anyone with a ounce of customer service experience would see that. 2 hours 3 calls and still no voicemail. Chatbot broken 21st century??

@VodafoneUK avoid there broadband. Yet again no internet, yet again there chat bot won't put you in touch with a person, yet again massive queues on phone line. What's worse than their broadband? Their customer service .

@VodafoneUK I rang your Customer Services & they obviously didn't know that. They assured me the Vodafone database is linked to the Royal Mail database and looked it up for themselves and saw it was wrong. I rang my provider to ask if they were blocking my no and they said no. Too late now!

@SamsungMobile #zfold3 has got to be the worst phone I ever owned. Weeks into owning this phone, charging port stopped working, have changed chargers twice, nada, now wifi button won't stay on since the last updates, only got this phone from @VodafoneUK in January.
