    @VodafoneUK 4G data speed in Uttoxeter this evening is shockingly bad. What on earth is going on? I normally turn WiFi off in evenings because 4G is faster, but this is awful tonight.

    @VodafoneUK Make your mind up whether the call I received last week was a scam or not as I was promised credit on my account and 1 employee has told me it was vodaphone then another said it was and then it wasn’t and then he wasn’t sure and couldn’t help me any further - not happy!

    @Mobilescouk please stock the @oneplus 8 Pro for upgrades. I wanna upgrade from my 7 Pro for a good deal. I'm on @VodafoneUK and they are useless and have a very poor range of phone brands for upgrades.

    Someone else please tell me that @VodafoneUK are the worst company they’ve ever dealt with .... 4 days in, 6 hours accumulative on the phone and still no further on with my issue for both broadband and phone signal. It’s a shambles.

    No need for a new phone so I’ve been sensible for once and gone SIM only. Down from 67 quid a month to 25 for 60gb data, unlimited minutes, texts,roaming + intl minutes included plus @Spotify premium for the length of the contract - that will do, thanks @VodafoneUK

    Been trying up grade all day with @VodafoneUK live chat on and off since 9am. I not been offered 1 deal, fed aload of shit and chat ended after queuing for over a hour over and over again! I ONLY WANT TO ******* UPGRADE!!! Piss piss poor. **** it. Beer time.

    Well after being on @EE since the birth of orange mobile, due to re-occurring net work issues that they cannot resolve iv had to leave @EE and go to @VodafoneUK it’s a sad emotional day 🤓🤓🤓

    @VodafoneUK are an absolute joke! 50 minutes on the phone going round in circles for nothing to be sorted - called from a number offered credit which 2 people told me it was Vodafone only for 1 to back track and say ‘we aren’t sure’ pull yourselves together awful customer service

    @VodafoneUK Thanks - but I definitely need the complaints department! I’ve spent half an hour in store twice, 2 hours awaiting a callback & 45 minutes talking to Customer Services today & I’m now ready to leave after 20 years, as soon as I’ve logged my complaint!!!

    @VodafoneUK There isn't any maintenance on going, your network is just rubbish. You've only got 20Mhz of spectrum deployed for 4G. Stop being stingy and deploy more.

    @VodafoneUK Hi. I have a Vodafone number. I am getting 20-30 Wangiri fraud calls/voicemails per day. I can block the numbers but they just call from another one. I can’t keep up with sending the numbers to 7726. Can you do anything to help. Calls are all from +1(274) and +1(214).

    @VodafoneUK Already tried that on the PC. Also tried downloading evil Google Chrome. Still doesn't work. I did however manage to get the phone to work last night though so I've place my upgrade order now. Galaxy S20 FE 5G in White. Can't wait

    Dont bother with @VodafoneUK these days, I have had issues with them since Monday regarding my account and no idiot working there has been able to sort it out. Then get accused by helpline worker that I was lying. Switching to O2 tomorrow!

    @VodafoneUK How about sorting out your own coverage, improving the customer service / rules and returns / unhappy customers first?! 3 hours one afternoon trying to sort a product you mis-sold us which didn’t work as told ... wasted and no way of working from home!!!

    Having not made any outgoing calls since the start of lockdown because I’m sat here next to my pc and landline all day, it would appear that @VodafoneUK have decided they don’t want me as a customer so have closed my account without warning, and recycled my number. Fantastic....

    @VodafoneUK getting sick and tired of not being able to get hold of anyone to discuss my issue with trade in. It’s getting beyond a joke. No platform is answering so I can get help. No I can’t use trade in tool there is a problem with it. Getting annoyed now.
