    @VodafoneUK 4G data speed in Uttoxeter this evening is shockingly bad. What on earth is going on? I normally turn WiFi off in evenings because 4G is faster, but this is awful tonight.

    @VodafoneUK hey, was very pleased with the move from sky fibre to you at the start but the last 2 weeks has seen consistent drop outs in internet connectivity, router rebooted no other changes prior to the issue starting.

    @VodafoneUK There isn't any maintenance on going, your network is just rubbish. You've only got 20Mhz of spectrum deployed for 4G. Stop being stingy and deploy more.

    @Manny_Official Vodaphone, I was on holiday with my cousins in a place with bad signal. They had EE and didn’t have any bars me and my brother have vodaphone and we had 3 bars with working data @VodafoneUK

    If you buying a new phone please be aware that the customer service that @VodafoneUK offer is terrible I was told I’ll get a call back from a manager within 24 hours 9 days later still nothing. After being lied to by two managers. Not what u expect when you need help

    @VodafoneUK is there a reason why my phone hasn’t been dispatched, supposed to be delivered yesterday but not even left the warehouse. Customer service palms me off and each one tells me something different 😒 absolutely shocking. Just be honest with your customers NOT HARD

    Well after being on @EE since the birth of orange mobile, due to re-occurring net work issues that they cannot resolve iv had to leave @EE and go to @VodafoneUK it’s a sad emotional day 🤓🤓🤓

    No need for a new phone so I’ve been sensible for once and gone SIM only. Down from 67 quid a month to 25 for 60gb data, unlimited minutes, texts,roaming + intl minutes included plus @Spotify premium for the length of the contract - that will do, thanks @VodafoneUK

    @Mobilescouk please stock the @oneplus 8 Pro for upgrades. I wanna upgrade from my 7 Pro for a good deal. I'm on @VodafoneUK and they are useless and have a very poor range of phone brands for upgrades.

    @VodafoneUK Already tried that on the PC. Also tried downloading evil Google Chrome. Still doesn't work. I did however manage to get the phone to work last night though so I've place my upgrade order now. Galaxy S20 FE 5G in White. Can't wait

    @VodafoneUK Hi. I have a Vodafone number. I am getting 20-30 Wangiri fraud calls/voicemails per day. I can block the numbers but they just call from another one. I can’t keep up with sending the numbers to 7726. Can you do anything to help. Calls are all from +1(274) and +1(214).

    @VodafoneUK Have an issue with a new handset for my son. He’s in Uni in Manchester. But the Vodafone Shop in Arndale won’t help as I pay his bill. 6 numbers on the account, three new handset, two others still being paid off and they couldn’t call me? Please advise what’s next?

    @VodafoneUK Sorry, but too late. Have now gone to Virgin Media. Originally on each occasion Openreach supposedly called me and although I never had any calls, they said that I cancelled it. Someone needs to get their act together

    @Ally_789 @VodafoneUK I’ve been waiting 3 weeks tomorrow, My order was placed on the 16th November it’s shocking how bad it is. They are blaming it on an issue with the warehouse and Black Friday yet the order was processed before then. Starting to get impatient now.
