@VodafoneUK Hi. I have a Vodafone number. I am getting 20-30 Wangiri fraud calls/voicemails per day. I can block the numbers but they just call from another one. I can’t keep up with sending the numbers to 7726. Can you do anything to help. Calls are all from +1(274) and +1(214).

@Mobilescouk please stock the @oneplus 8 Pro for upgrades. I wanna upgrade from my 7 Pro for a good deal. I'm on @VodafoneUK and they are useless and have a very poor range of phone brands for upgrades.

If you buying a new phone please be aware that the customer service that @VodafoneUK offer is terrible I was told I’ll get a call back from a manager within 24 hours 9 days later still nothing. After being lied to by two managers. Not what u expect when you need help

No need for a new phone so I’ve been sensible for once and gone SIM only. Down from 67 quid a month to 25 for 60gb data, unlimited minutes, texts,roaming + intl minutes included plus @Spotify premium for the length of the contract - that will do, thanks @VodafoneUK

@Nicktendo_ @VodafoneUK I know Vodafone in Lichfield for years have had signal problems so might be related , though yeah ofcom should look into it as throttling ain’t allowed and no need either .. they use it sometimes to get you to upgrade to high value packages as well

Well after being on @EE since the birth of orange mobile, due to re-occurring net work issues that they cannot resolve iv had to leave @EE and go to @VodafoneUK it’s a sad emotional day 🤓🤓🤓

@VodafoneUK Already tried that on the PC. Also tried downloading evil Google Chrome. Still doesn't work. I did however manage to get the phone to work last night though so I've place my upgrade order now. Galaxy S20 FE 5G in White. Can't wait

@VodafoneUK When I joined Vodafone in Jan 2022, my mobile contract was £40. Now, in April 2023, it’s £50. Yes, it’s gone up TEN POUNDS in just over a year. And my network reception is beyond awful. They are a multi-billion £ company & have no need to bleed their customers dry.

@VodafoneUK - Another half hour on hold... total for the day, 7.5 hours, soon to be 29 in total. If need broadband for my work or I would have ended this when Darren cancelled my first order. Things have only gone downhill from there. Customer service doesn't exist at Vodafone.
