    If you buying a new phone please be aware that the customer service that @VodafoneUK offer is terrible I was told I’ll get a call back from a manager within 24 hours 9 days later still nothing. After being lied to by two managers. Not what u expect when you need help

    @VodafoneUK Hi. I have a Vodafone number. I am getting 20-30 Wangiri fraud calls/voicemails per day. I can block the numbers but they just call from another one. I can’t keep up with sending the numbers to 7726. Can you do anything to help. Calls are all from +1(274) and +1(214).

    @VodafoneUK is there a reason why my phone hasn’t been dispatched, supposed to be delivered yesterday but not even left the warehouse. Customer service palms me off and each one tells me something different 😒 absolutely shocking. Just be honest with your customers NOT HARD

    Well after being on @EE since the birth of orange mobile, due to re-occurring net work issues that they cannot resolve iv had to leave @EE and go to @VodafoneUK it’s a sad emotional day 🤓🤓🤓

    @VodafoneUK Already tried that on the PC. Also tried downloading evil Google Chrome. Still doesn't work. I did however manage to get the phone to work last night though so I've place my upgrade order now. Galaxy S20 FE 5G in White. Can't wait

    @VodafoneUK sold me 2 contracts, charging extra for 1, and lied about unlimited data on other. Been on phone for 3 hours, absolutely ridiculous customer service. Need this action ASAP @VodafoneGroup

    No need for a new phone so I’ve been sensible for once and gone SIM only. Down from 67 quid a month to 25 for 60gb data, unlimited minutes, texts,roaming + intl minutes included plus @Spotify premium for the length of the contract - that will do, thanks @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK 4G data speed in Uttoxeter this evening is shockingly bad. What on earth is going on? I normally turn WiFi off in evenings because 4G is faster, but this is awful tonight.

    @VodafoneUK hey, was very pleased with the move from sky fibre to you at the start but the last 2 weeks has seen consistent drop outs in internet connectivity, router rebooted no other changes prior to the issue starting.

    Been trying up grade all day with @VodafoneUK live chat on and off since 9am. I not been offered 1 deal, fed aload of shit and chat ended after queuing for over a hour over and over again! I ONLY WANT TO ******* UPGRADE!!! Piss piss poor. **** it. Beer time.

    @VodafoneUK There isn't any maintenance on going, your network is just rubbish. You've only got 20Mhz of spectrum deployed for 4G. Stop being stingy and deploy more.

    @Mobilescouk please stock the @oneplus 8 Pro for upgrades. I wanna upgrade from my 7 Pro for a good deal. I'm on @VodafoneUK and they are useless and have a very poor range of phone brands for upgrades.

    @VodafoneUK & @EE: incidentally, top tip: train your call centre staff NEVER to ask customers the name of their plans or add ons; this is abstract information that ZERO customers know, but that your staff have access to. This is *your* job. Do not ask the customer to do your job.

    @VodafoneUK hi I am in the middle of a 2 year unlimited max plan with entertainment which included global roaming plus. This benefit has now disappeared from my plan details in the Vodafone app. Do I still have access to this service?

    @VodafoneUK why the heck have you removed tube WiFi. It’s been around a year yet still you haven’t increased your data plan that had already been in place from Stratford to Westminster since pre covid. It’s embarrassing how **** you are in comparison to the others. #fixup
