Looking like another day wasted waiting in for @VodafoneUK to deliver my new I-watch, 3rd day I’ve waited in after they have told me it will be coming and nothing!! Rubbish customer service!! after I’ve been with them so long too, might have to look at switching!!

@VodafoneUK hey, was very pleased with the move from sky fibre to you at the start but the last 2 weeks has seen consistent drop outs in internet connectivity, router rebooted no other changes prior to the issue starting.

@VodafoneUK It’s not really fixed lol. It only works for what is loaded on that screen at that time when switching from 3G to 4G, then nothing loads again. It’s clearly a nationwide issue so hope you guys sort it ASAP

@VodafoneUK Have 2 phones on Vodafone at WA14 4JH. Neither is able to accept calls due to lack of signal. The network status checker does not indicate any service problem. One phone has been completely re-started without any improvement.
