@VodafoneUK hey, was very pleased with the move from sky fibre to you at the start but the last 2 weeks has seen consistent drop outs in internet connectivity, router rebooted no other changes prior to the issue starting.

Appalling that @VodafoneUK can take 3 lots of payments by accident but take 16 days to refund it when you’ve got bills to pay and food to buy. Their mistake but they’re happy to hold onto the money for no reason at all other than their service is slow and lazy. Care to explain?

@VodafoneUK I have emailed Mr Ahmed Assam with feedback about your complaints system. Your staff don't return calls except for the complaint advisor who only ever rings for 16 seconds then sends a text telling you when they will call again. It's impossible to speak to someone!
