@VodafoneUK Absolutely not, thanks. I have lost days to these messages, & nothing ever comes of it. Advisers promised compensation that didn't materialise, charged me for engineer visits that didn't happen, & offered fixed that didn't work. Tweets are easy - real customer service is hard.

@VodafoneUK not a good start from you. Moved from bb to be pro. WiFi booster and dongle arrive. Booster won't join network. Phoned your dedicated experts last night they won't answer their phone. CS said they would call me at 1pm today..Guess what..Still waiting!
