@VodafoneUK I like the fact it won't hang out your back pocket like the normal phone style currently does. Less likely for it to be nicked 👍🤞 #GalaxyZFlip3

@VodafoneUK your customer service is a absolute disgrace. I have been waiting 10 days for a refund, now you’re telling me that is my banks mistake which I can prove with bank statements it isn’t. I am absolutely furious and will be cancelling my contracts with you 😡😡😡😡

  • stigzy
Ethan Clarke (@stigzy) reported from Ilkeston, England

@VodafoneUK Yeah I'm not arsed about the logic about trade in and how the trade in price is applied. I really just wanted to know what my current handset is worth and how much it might offset a new handset.. but I guess George was too busy to help.

@VodafoneUK I phoned up customer service and it's fixed now. Turned out to be a billing issue even though I already provided the correct payment details. Weird. But I'm glad the issue didn’t persist for longer than a day.

@martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

Now for the ACTUAL truth… Vodafone doesn’t give “illegal migrants” free SIMs, it donates SIMs to UK charities who support asylum seekers ALREADY IN THE system. Claims it hands them out to people crossing the Channel are false. @VodafoneUK your legal team may be interested

@Derek959Derek @VodafoneUK opposes digital exclusion, whoever suffers it. They support all sorts, of which asylum-seekers form a small part. The work is generous and inclusive.

  • DannyBee595
    Danny B (@DannyBee595) reported

I've had such a frustrating experience upgrading with @VodafoneUK , I wish I hadn't bothered. The bloatware on the Honor Magic V6 is already horrendous, but then I have to contend with pre-ticked boxes to install even more of the crap in "Vodafone Appbox"... which can't be skipped or closed. So I've had to go through 3 (full) screens of apps which nobody wants and had to untick the apps which Vodafone conveniently (and sneakily) ticked on my behalf. This is a great way to ruin the arrival of a new phone, which should be a positive experience. My mood is already frustrated from this, that's before I even start to uninstall all the other crap that HONOR put on their phones. I remember the pain I felt when I got my last phone trying to get rid of the Vodafone bloatware, but 3 years on it is so much worse now. NOBODY WANTS THIS JUNK. You're ruining the experience of what is meant to be your main product/service. Poor show.

  • lucindaslater83
    Lucy Slater (@lucindaslater83) reported

@VodafoneUK 30 yr customer.. no more. I refuse to support a company that support ILLEGAL immigrants, criminals entering this country, attacking men, women and children and enabling them to do so with free phones/sims, same phones they've been filming their rapes on. #traitors

  • Pontemiller
    Nick Lawton (@Pontemiller) reported

@VodafoneUK yet again that TOBi chat thing is rubbish, never known so many issues with it. Possibly lost a customer.
