    @VodafoneUK I phoned up customer service and it's fixed now. Turned out to be a billing issue even though I already provided the correct payment details. Weird. But I'm glad the issue didn’t persist for longer than a day.

    @VodafoneUK Treatment of long term customers is appalling! They never get decent deals but the way the contracts are structured we’re stuck with having to stay with Vodafone! I got offered a tablet that’s worse than the one I’ve got but cost more per month! New customers treated like royalty

    @mattPez @Vitt2TsNoC @VodafoneUK My worst was with vi#gin media where they start with sorry and then start sounding condescending about you choosing a different deal. Sure, they offer a higher speed, but if it’s not reliable while I’m wfh, it ain’t worth the double you have to pay for it.

    @smacula @Vitt2TsNoC @VodafoneUK Had the same years ago with 3, kept going on and on about deals, kept making me call different people. In the end I had to be so blunt, not rude, just insisted they not say another single word other than here's your PAC code. It worked.
