    @VodafoneUK hey, was very pleased with the move from sky fibre to you at the start but the last 2 weeks has seen consistent drop outs in internet connectivity, router rebooted no other changes prior to the issue starting.

    @VodafoneUK I phoned up customer service and it's fixed now. Turned out to be a billing issue even though I already provided the correct payment details. Weird. But I'm glad the issue didn’t persist for longer than a day.

    @VodafoneUK @MartinSLewis Oh & call handler said if we phone up tomorrow or day after we would be too late to end the contract on 15 June and would be charged another month - as a long standing customer with two contracts with you I am amazed at the lack of knowledge by your call handlers.
