    @VodafoneUK after 4 separate occasions of our phone line going down an engineer finally decided the line at the end of our road was close to blowing, got that sorted... now we have no internet at all. What the hell is going on! Vodafone internet and phone line not fit for purpose

    @VodafoneUK Upgrade offered, called Vodafone to upgrade, 3 weeks later payment for old contract taken, queried with Vodafone who stated I owed upgrade fee for old phones. Raised complaint and requested call to be listened to, not happened and complaint closed! Need advise pls.

    Currently impressed at @VodafoneUK's engagement in trying to resolve slow speed issues. Sods law it ain't happening as bad right now. It's still slow in comparison to what it was pre-covid (about half). But we'll see what comes out of the case being raised. Thank you Vodafone.

    This is the second time whilst being with @VodafoneUK that our landline hasn’t worked! At the start you just randomly changed our phone number after we had already swapped it to our existing number and now total landline outage! This is ridiculous. #shitphoneline

    @zanti @VodafoneUK Yes, but compared with the likes of other networks, my tablet has a @virginmedia SIM in it and that consistently gets between 70-100Mbps.. And they don't even run their own mobile network!

    @VodafoneUK I already own a Vodafone network contract and they did a very cheap tactic when I tried to get a new contract from a third party they replied Vodafone rejected mine new contract and after calling Vodafone they said you have to apply through our website not from the third party.

    @VodafoneUK I have 2 numbers on my account, both on exact same contract. The one I use has no spend manager set, I can send photo/mms messages, never charged. The other one my hubby uses, had spend manager set to zero, couldn't send, I removed it & it's charging. Why?
