Raised complaint and requested call to be listened to, not happened and complaint closed! Need advise pls.

It's still slow in comparison to what it was pre-covid (about half). But we'll see what comes out of the case being raised. Thank you Vodafone.

I’ve said every time one of the lines is due an upgrade that I’m going elsewhere but then like a numpty I stay with them....
