Rubbish customer service!! after I’ve been with them so long too, might have to look at switching!!

Raised complaint and requested call to be listened to, not happened and complaint closed! Need advise pls.

At the start you just randomly changed our phone number after we had already swapped it to our existing number and now total landline outage! This is ridiculous. #shitphoneline

It's still slow in comparison to what it was pre-covid (about half). But we'll see what comes out of the case being raised. Thank you Vodafone.
