@EE @O2 thanks for cutting off mobile service to my and my son’s mobiles as soon as PAC codes requested while we’re still on airtime we’ve paid for and before we’ve got @VodafoneUK sims. Really helpful, my business is unworkable without a phone. Odd that both went same day!!!

@VodafoneUK I have made a formal complaint to you and was told a 48 hour window of when you would contact me back. I have called back since then a promised another call back. I’ve spent over 4 hours on to Vodafone in a week and still not resolved. This is VERY serious.

Looking like another day wasted waiting in for @VodafoneUK to deliver my new I-watch, 3rd day I’ve waited in after they have told me it will be coming and nothing!! Rubbish customer service!! after I’ve been with them so long too, might have to look at switching!!

If you transferred your number from @O2 to @VodafoneUK a week ago and you’ve had nothing but trouble already (taken a week to port over and still not complete) if I cancel with Vodafone csn I still keep my number with @EE

@martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

So @VodafoneUK, apparently you don’t do cash top ups for PAYG in your stores anymore. Changed 5 weeks ago I got told. My Mam has been a Customer of yours for years. No communication, nothing. She’s not impressed.

@VodafoneUK City Fibre came out to install yesterday. They said there was an issue and they would be back before 1pm. They never came back/called me and now i have no broadband as i cancelled my old supplier to move to Vodafone. It's been 38 hour so far without Home BB

@VodafoneUK hi folks, what’s happening with the signal in Renfrewshire? Especially the Linwood/Paisley area (PA3) and some of the Johnstone area (PA5) just seem to be getting worse. There’s a total blackspot in PA3.
