Just before Christmas and @VodafoneUK decide to whack a massive bill on me after hanging up 3 times and putting me on the wrong contract. Customer service is shocking, after 3 phone calls and a store visit and I’m still not sorted 😤

This is the second time whilst being with @VodafoneUK that our landline hasn’t worked! At the start you just randomly changed our phone number after we had already swapped it to our existing number and now total landline outage! This is ridiculous. #shitphoneline

Wow. What has happened to #vodafoneuk customer service? Was once quite decent. Leave them for a few months and they go on a recruitment spree in the customer service reject bin. Simple questions left unanswered. I would have recommended them on that alone at one point but AVOID

National outage of @VodafoneUK (which has the contract to video record such hearings) almost kiboshes s28 pre-recorded cross-examination hearing this morning. Luckily, the problem's been fixed and they've been able to continue the hearing.

@VodafoneUK I need a single point of contact to help me resolve the issue. Was told this not possible. Every day I’m being told i’ll hear in 24 hours and every day it’s me calling back. causing loss of earnings, so much stress and we haven’t been offered a temporary solution for meantime.

@VodafoneUK After putting in a lengthy complaint online about it all I was called and told it will be sorted then I was transferred to the team who I was complaining about. Who again couldn’t help and have lied with regards to contacting me back within timeframes.
