    @EE @O2 thanks for cutting off mobile service to my and my son’s mobiles as soon as PAC codes requested while we’re still on airtime we’ve paid for and before we’ve got @VodafoneUK sims. Really helpful, my business is unworkable without a phone. Odd that both went same day!!!

    If you transferred your number from @O2 to @VodafoneUK a week ago and you’ve had nothing but trouble already (taken a week to port over and still not complete) if I cancel with Vodafone csn I still keep my number with @EE

    @VodafoneUK I have made a formal complaint to you and was told a 48 hour window of when you would contact me back. I have called back since then a promised another call back. I’ve spent over 4 hours on to Vodafone in a week and still not resolved. This is VERY serious.

    @VodafoneUK I have just had a call from a lady talking to me about renewing my sim only contract. A) it’s not due to renew until September and B) surely this is non essential work and that lady should be at home safe and not working unnecessarily. #StayAtHome #protectyourstaff

    @RussellHastings @VodafoneUK Been with them years too and got three lines with them and yet it counts for nothing when you have an issue .... I’ve said every time one of the lines is due an upgrade that I’m going elsewhere but then like a numpty I stay with them....

    @EK1GamingTV @VodafoneUK Is you internet run directly to your pc with nothing else ? How do you get your upload speeds so high? I get around 530 dowmload & 35 upload speeds but I also have three dozen devices and 2 other pc's on the service

    @willohara @VodafoneUK Oh.. it was alright before lockdown to be fair... just impossible to work from home. Yeah I thought that openreach network is all equal - but far too much of a coincidence to be true - it's just not the same service at all

    For someone that used to love @VodafoneUK and been with them for over 16 years, I am not half losing my trust in the service. My requests have gone unforfilled since Sept and I'm now getting calls stating completely incorrect information to try and sell me something I don't need.

    @JimmieBoswell @VodafoneUK How odd. Some providers do put their own kit in the network (like Zen I used to work for) but the router can play a part - I think the Sky one is meant to be good. The Vodafone broadband app is decent actually, quite a bit of control.

    @VodafoneUK Been a week now, waiting for broadband to be connected. No communication from yourselves, and each day I use up my phone data to exchange messages with someone who tells me it'll be tomorrow. And it isn't. When there is a delay, you should inform your customer.

    I have never experienced such bad customer service from any company in all my life as @vodafone @VodafoneUK horrendous service. Also been told by one of there staff a contact number is 54321 clowns 🤡🤡🤡
