    @VodafoneUK Hi. Friend is trying to unlock his phone from your network using NUC code. Had the code ready but when he turns phone of and on with new simcard in the phone DOESN'T show a prompt saying Enter NUC code. Any help? Phone was bought from Vodaphone store.
