    @VodafoneUK your website and call team are really hard to talk to when I've changed network and my phone number isn't with you. Yet I've still been charged for what would have been my renewal pay monthly. I was not told this at all.

    @martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.
