@martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

@Innominate4 @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK @O2 are unrealistic with their pricing, I have noticed that I am being crucified by data, I popped to the bank other day and walked past a few shops and noticed some of the deals and thought after being a customer for so long, why am I not being offered better deals.

@VodafoneUK is such big thief. Just topped up £10 online on a new sim and Vodafone decided to automatically opt in to a £10/pm bundle. Wtf? Now my £10 is gone. If I wanted, I'd opt in myself. Refund my money and don't ever decide things for me. Will be writing a complaint.

Hi @VodafoneUK, having trouble contacting customer services. Everytime we phone the number 0333 3040191 and our account number in we eventually go through to voxi and then the call ends. We need to speak to someone about our broadband please.

@BillJenks @VodafoneUK Customer Service is just a firewall for a under resourced service. I been without a viable landline for 8 days and we have a Medical need for it. Each day they say it will be fixed tomorrow. A spot light needs to be shone on this Company on how they deal with vulnerable people.

@VodafoneUK have really let me down, they asked me if I'd like to upgrade my broadband and as I'm now bed bound I thought it would be a good idea. That was weeks ago and I still am not connected but have to pay for the privilege. I'm very, very disappointed.
