    Hi @Ofcom I have had nothing but problems with @VodafoneUK regarding making and receiving calls. Can I escalate my complaint to you? They disconnected and reconnected my services but it didn’t go through properly, and now I’m stuck with 3G signal on a 5G handset! Very frustrating

    @VodafoneUK Just read that you’ve quietly withdrawn WiFi on the Underground? Is this serious?! That’d make you the only major network that doesn’t provide internet access in Tube stations. If I’d have known about this before taking out my contract I wouldn’t have chosen you.
