@VodafoneUK I phoned up customer service and it's fixed now. Turned out to be a billing issue even though I already provided the correct payment details. Weird. But I'm glad the issue didn’t persist for longer than a day.

@VodafoneUK To say I am disappointed with Vodafone UK would be an extreme understatement. I arrived in South Africa on Friday the 17th of September. To date despite hours on the phone with Vodafone UK I still have no roaming service. No calls and no data. Ofcom incoming.

Extremely disappointed in @VodafoneUK. They disconnect your number if you don't use it for 60 days (such as if you were stuck abroad because of covid) without the simple courtesy of informing you. Customer service then wastes an hour of your time only to say "get a new number".
