@VodafoneUK There isn't any maintenance on going, your network is just rubbish. You've only got 20Mhz of spectrum deployed for 4G. Stop being stingy and deploy more.

@VodafoneUK I phoned up customer service and it's fixed now. Turned out to be a billing issue even though I already provided the correct payment details. Weird. But I'm glad the issue didn’t persist for longer than a day.

Well after being on @EE since the birth of orange mobile, due to re-occurring net work issues that they cannot resolve iv had to leave @EE and go to @VodafoneUK it’s a sad emotional day 🤓🤓🤓

No need for a new phone so I’ve been sensible for once and gone SIM only. Down from 67 quid a month to 25 for 60gb data, unlimited minutes, texts,roaming + intl minutes included plus @Spotify premium for the length of the contract - that will do, thanks @VodafoneUK

So I had an email from @VodafoneUK telling me they are switching off their 3G service soon and I'll need to configure my phone to use 4G for calls. Been connected to their chat service for about an hour now trying to get it done. It is really not straightfoward.

@SCBNI @VodafoneUK Did you know about Ofcoms automatic compensation scheme that vodafone are signed up to? £8.40 for two consecutive days of no service, then 8.40 a day thereafter up to 60 days? Dont let them fob you off with 10 or 20 quid, also don't hold out for help, they're useless

@VodafoneUK So that’s exactly where I started weeks ago and had to progress/fight my way up through different levels of advisers who didn’t help and misled me - in your complaints team’s words I’d been lied to, so no thanks. I’ll go to dispute if you can’t sort it here and now
