    Upgrade offered, called Vodafone to upgrade, 3 weeks later payment for old contract taken, queried with Vodafone who stated I owed upgrade fee for old phones. Raised complaint and requested call to be listened to, not happened and complaint closed! Need advise pls #vodafoneuk

    @VodafoneUK after 4 separate occasions of our phone line going down an engineer finally decided the line at the end of our road was close to blowing, got that sorted... now we have no internet at all. What the hell is going on! Vodafone internet and phone line not fit for purpose

    Currently impressed at @VodafoneUK's engagement in trying to resolve slow speed issues. Sods law it ain't happening as bad right now. It's still slow in comparison to what it was pre-covid (about half). But we'll see what comes out of the case being raised. Thank you Vodafone.

    Just before Christmas and @VodafoneUK decide to whack a massive bill on me after hanging up 3 times and putting me on the wrong contract. Customer service is shocking, after 3 phone calls and a store visit and I’m still not sorted 😤

    @zanti @VodafoneUK Yes, but compared with the likes of other networks, my tablet has a @virginmedia SIM in it and that consistently gets between 70-100Mbps.. And they don't even run their own mobile network!

    This is the second time whilst being with @VodafoneUK that our landline hasn’t worked! At the start you just randomly changed our phone number after we had already swapped it to our existing number and now total landline outage! This is ridiculous. #shitphoneline

    @VodafoneUK we're having issues today with Internet connection, we have reset the router - no joy. Over the last few months we are having continued intermittent connection problems. Our contract is due for renewal next month & we will be looking to move away due to these issues

    @VodafoneUK I have been charged just over £18 for calling my local dentist - 0118 (Wokingham local code). I am aware if lots of people who have had the same issue and there have been numerous posts on local Facebook pages. You are charging calls to 0118 as 08/09 calls

    @VodafoneUK Been a customer of yours for 30 years, spoke with your customer service to tell them I was leaving as I’d found a better deal. They tried to offer me a deal but was nowhere near as good as what I’d found. Was basically then told goodbye! So much for customer loyalty.

    @VodafoneUK Top of #VeryMeRewards would be something to help us out during these hard times. Example phone billed paid for that month or free broadband for 6 months. I have been with vodafone for 15 years, I have never won anything on VeryMe just had the money off vouchers.
