    @VodafoneUK spent a total of 12 hours 13 minutes on the phone to you the last 2 weeks, no internet since our move on the 2nd, three engineer visits not show up = 3 days off work. Absolutely disgusting level of service!!! Please advise as we’re in a tier 2 verging tier 3 county!!

    @David__Osland That time when I tried to get hold of @vodafoneuk and they dropped the call at 3 hours mark. Their waiting music is horrible and there is no way to turn it off.

    @vodafoneservice @VodafoneUK Can't currently connect to @Twitch chat and online games in an issue that oddly seems specific to your internet services (works fine on my mobile, which is not on your network, but my home internet is Vodafone). Is this being looked into?
