    @VodafoneUK your website and call team are really hard to talk to when I've changed network and my phone number isn't with you. Yet I've still been charged for what would have been my renewal pay monthly. I was not told this at all.

    @VodafoneUK spent a total of 12 hours 13 minutes on the phone to you the last 2 weeks, no internet since our move on the 2nd, three engineer visits not show up = 3 days off work. Absolutely disgusting level of service!!! Please advise as we’re in a tier 2 verging tier 3 county!!

    Having broadband issues and found @VodafoneUK have removed all the phone options to talk to someone and replaced it with a chat app 😭 they are so slow with it. The worst thing they could have done.

    @VodafoneUK I would like to say how great the customer service is. We have been without broadband @openreach for 10 days and counting. We have spoken to people from India and Egypt. I do hope you are paying them well. UK should be as good as them.

    @neil_sandford @VodafoneUK I waited patiently for a new phone for 3 weeks (not a problem) it worked ok for week, then it broke ( not Vodafone’s fault, no problem) returning it…. For a new one….OMG. 3.5 hours of telephone calls and 1.5 hours of shop visits. Customer service is awful

    @VodafoneUK swapped broadband to you, nothing but trouble from installation to trying to resolve. No contact email, only a chat service which logs off after 8 mins whilst the handler takes ages to read notes! Not good! Also took my payment when I was told this wouldn’t happen?

    @VodafoneUK My resolution is to get rid of that bloody awful "Jimmy Saville soundalike" woman's voice you use for your radio adverts, Vodafone . I was thinking of Vodaphone last year but now, I would rather eat my fingernails 🤬
