Absolutely disgusting level of service!!! Please advise as we’re in a tier 2 verging tier 3 county!!

Ross Henderson (@rsmck) reported@AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK I had a very similar problem. It took threats of legal action to get Vodafone to fix it. Which they eventually did. But almost the same situation too. I had a service that never worked cancelled and returned the router and then they claimed it was never cancelled.

Said they didn’t have to. Defaulted on 8 months after they gave the “debt” to another company. credit score in the shitter and almost never got a mortgage as a result 🫠

The lady on the phone couldn't grasp she'd passed even though her contract had been terminated. She kept saying she'd been a Mobile Customer for 10 years, she would get a great deal. Useless
