    Having broadband issues and found @VodafoneUK have removed all the phone options to talk to someone and replaced it with a chat app 😭 they are so slow with it. The worst thing they could have done.

    @JustMeSueB @VodafoneUK @CPWTweets Used to be with O2 where I did the same thing, upgrading to sim only via CPW and that was no bother at all. new sim came and my number swapped over after it arrived and was put into my phone. never got cut off like this. Silly me for assuming this switch would be the same 😔

    @CollieJake @VodafoneUK @CPWTweets That's rubbish! When I made switch to sim only I didn't have to have new sim - they just switched settings for me. No break in service - I was impressed and relieved. I'm on different network though. Hope they sort it out before Monday for you

    @VodafoneUK Terrible service this week. Reported no internet on Sunday and have phoned almost every day since to be told it's going to be fixed that day. Still no internet today and now I'm told an open reach engineer won't be out until Monday. Meanwhile have spent £££ on data.

    Can you help please @VodafoneUK. We joined Vodafone yesterday. Trying to port our old number. Outgoing calls ✅ Incoming calls ❌ Spoken to 5+ departments and no one knows who to contact for help. AND now we've got an email saying we've cancelled our account. 😭🤷
