Thinking of moving to @VodafoneUK? Don't. Ordered new phone for my daughter on Friday. Supposed to be delivered today. Still hasn't been dispatched. No idea of when it will get here. Impossible to speak to anybody. The worse customer service I've experienced in a long time.

Why is @VodafoneUK’s website such an *** backwards experience?? Why are these man PRACTICALLY BEGGING ME to buy this new iphone, but when I try to upgrade my phone their website straight up returns URL request errors. And calling 191 redirects me to another weblink?!? Do better
