@VodafoneUK why selling 5G devices is no 5G area (TN24) all order networks in the same area have very good 5G network, and since years, Vodafone did nothing about. Was my choice wrong going with the Vodafone??

Think I just had a support call with @VodafoneUK Smart Tech for no other reason than my Curve had a flat battery. 😬. In my defence, when you're colour blind you have no chance of telling wither TINY LEDs flash green, amber or red!

Dodged a bullet with @VodafoneUK Cancelled my order with no notice, weeks prior to installation because City fibre said no. They're still selling services to an area they wont service. Terrible.

I called @VodafoneUK with a month old contract query at 9.20am. On hold waiting for an answer for 20 minutes, then 30 minutes unresolved on hold at various times, then promised a call back within 10 minutes, 20 minutes ago. They're about to lose a customer after over ten years.

@VodafoneUK @sockshopuk If you are so willing to give out freebies why won't you send me a booster to fix my broadband coverage? When I upgraded I was promised increased coverage but this hasn't happened, but hey, at least my feet will be warm when I'm walking round the house trying to get a signal

@VodafoneUK recently upgraded to a pixel 7 pro. My signal keeps dropping from 5/4g to H+ or E. Never had this on previous phones. Your website says I'm in areas of good 5/4g coverage. Any advice would be appreciated
