@Nice1Nicky @VodafoneUK Had the same issues - Vodafone fail to deliver broadband when we moved and they are shocking getting hold of anyone, only avail in Egypt and India - went to virgin and got broadband in 3 days of applying for cheaper and better service ! ✅

"I am sorry to learn that you are facing this issue." Then repeat everything they've already tried because they clearly don't look at the logs. Years ago @VodafoneUK got fined for poor customer service right before i joined 5 years later they're back at it.

@giggyloz @VodafoneUK Well During covid I had perfect service from Voda, never had a drop in service. Was brilliant. And now, daily between 11am to 1pm it drops. It made me fail meetings with senior staff because of it: I'm not happy lately
