    @VodafoneUK spent a total of 12 hours 13 minutes on the phone to you the last 2 weeks, no internet since our move on the 2nd, three engineer visits not show up = 3 days off work. Absolutely disgusting level of service!!! Please advise as we’re in a tier 2 verging tier 3 county!!

    Over the past 5 weeks I have experienced some of the worst customer service possible, courtesy of @VodafoneUK. I still have an outstanding issue. Vodafone's strategy of preventing customers from contacting them appears to be a winning one. I would urge everyone to leave them asap

    being a software Engineer with Vodafone @VodafoneUK as your ISP in Egypt is sort of a Nightmare I subscribed on the last 22th of October the internet only worked for 4 days and never to see it again! it is been a month and Vodafone Egypt is only telling me we are working on it?

    @VodafoneUK folks, hoping for some help, whats the cancellation period for joining yourselves on a sim only deal, without fees? I've just moved house and 3 were terrible service to the point they released me fee free. Online Vodafone says it has great coverage in my area.

    @VodafoneUK Got a letter through the door saying our address can now get Gigafast, but when I try, the site says no, they can't provide it here (and the computer in customer services says no too!) Do you know if a lot of letters to Chester got sent out too early, or by mistake?

    @VodafoneUK I submitted a complaint through the online form on the 14/11, the automatic email states 5 days is the expected response time and I've not heard anything. When should I expect a response?
