@VodafoneUK spent a total of 12 hours 13 minutes on the phone to you the last 2 weeks, no internet since our move on the 2nd, three engineer visits not show up = 3 days off work. Absolutely disgusting level of service!!! Please advise as we’re in a tier 2 verging tier 3 county!!

@VodafoneUK I travel the Thameslink line from Harpenden to St Pancras regularly. The service on Vodafone is poor at best, and non-existent in a lot of places. This is 2022 not 1992. Invest in your network or I will move.

@VodafoneUK @CityFibre Your service is SHOCKING! 20 days after my fibre install and i'm still not live due to a "fault" that no-one seems to know how to fix. Every time I ask for an update i'm "promised" 48 hours. You have sold me a service that's not fit for purpose!
