    @VodafoneUK spent a total of 12 hours 13 minutes on the phone to you the last 2 weeks, no internet since our move on the 2nd, three engineer visits not show up = 3 days off work. Absolutely disgusting level of service!!! Please advise as we’re in a tier 2 verging tier 3 county!!

    How hard is it to set a direct debit up with @VodafoneUK??? Very hard it seems, 6 conversations and still it can't be done correctly. Maybe if they didn't have silly things like separate device and data plans with separate direct debits for each, that might help 🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @VodafoneUK Below 2Mbps Broadband now for 2 weeks! I have spent countless hours talking to staff with false promises and spent countless more times being told my issue is fixed when it's not. Shocking customer service, hands down the worst company I have ever had to deal with!
