@VodafoneUK spent a total of 12 hours 13 minutes on the phone to you the last 2 weeks, no internet since our move on the 2nd, three engineer visits not show up = 3 days off work. Absolutely disgusting level of service!!! Please advise as we’re in a tier 2 verging tier 3 county!!

@davesleney @VodafoneUK Worst experience with @vodafoneuk too - I’ve given up. Reviews on Trust Pilot are shocking. They get away with it - you eventually lose the will to chat/DM/call. They are very cagey about sharing their formal complaints procedure process, but I found it and intend to complain!

@VodafoneUK Hi, apparently i failed the credit check but I was accepted by sky straight after..i understand you use a different credit check now which must be costing Vodafone a lot of customers. I have never missed a payment on 3 numbers over 29 years.

@VodafoneUK it is impossible to contact with one of your service person through online chat or phone call whenever I call and I call every 2 years only when my contact needs renewal. You are also giving false information by telling you can do things online while you can Not!
