    @VodafoneUK spent a total of 12 hours 13 minutes on the phone to you the last 2 weeks, no internet since our move on the 2nd, three engineer visits not show up = 3 days off work. Absolutely disgusting level of service!!! Please advise as we’re in a tier 2 verging tier 3 county!!

    Me: "If I cancel my contract can I transfer my number to a new provider?" Vodafone advisor: "No, if you cancel your contract with us you need to forfeit your number". Nice to catch @VodafoneUK's employees in a bit fat lie right there 👍🏼 Shambolic customer service.

    Sorry #SkyMobile but I’m disappointed. Moved to you at the beginning of this year after a decade with @VodafoneUK and your mobile data signal is so poor. My iPhone 13 has a weaker signal than my old iPhone 8 with VF. My partner is on a 12 with you & gets better!

    Left @Plusnet to join @VodafoneUK and what a terrible that decisions proven to be. 6 months being billed by 2 providers, never had service from Vodafone and now 8 days in without internet. Promised a seamless transfer through broadband switching service. @Ofcom

    @VodafoneUK Don’t think it’ll help, I’ve called and spoken to your company 4 times in the past 3 months. You checked everything. This is on two phones not just one so it isn’t the phone. You always say there’s no issue. I’m leaving once I can.

    @VodafoneUK why is it that if I reach my spend limit, that I am unable to make calls or send text msgs that are part of my bundle even after I up the spend limit. 24 hours later and 6 calls with your team later and still can’t dial out or send texts. What if I had an emergency?
