@JoGoodwinDance @VodafoneUK I had the same issue. Told 1-3 working days for delivery of my new phone. Received a text saying there are issues at the warehouse. Basically have to wait until I receive a text and they can’t give me a time frame as to when it will be resolved.

Last I was told from India was a guarantee it would be despatched with 48 hours, that was three days ago. The nerve they had to send everyone a text saying that customer service can't help so don't call lol
