    @VodafoneUK your customer service is a disgrace. I have spent 3 hrs on hold over the last 2 days and still can’t speak to anyone, with the latest attempt of 90 mins being cut off. Please can you arrange for someone to contact me before I take my custom elsewhere.

    @VodafoneUK having serious broadband issues! Can’t stream anything without constant buffering/freezing on multiple services. And yes, I have rebooted my router!

    @VodafoneUK spent a total of 12 hours 13 minutes on the phone to you the last 2 weeks, no internet since our move on the 2nd, three engineer visits not show up = 3 days off work. Absolutely disgusting level of service!!! Please advise as we’re in a tier 2 verging tier 3 county!!

    @VodafoneUK Let down? This is an utter joke, it’s complete unacceptable 2 weeks and no connection. I want the pac codes to all 4 lines I hold with you or @AhmedShelbaya will never hear the end of this! Never had this problem under Nick Jeffries!

    @VodafoneUK Fours hours on and @VodaphoneUK have been telling me how to solve the problem of 'slow speeds' when our problem is 'NO speeds, i.e, it keeps disappearing altogether Their latest 'solution' is to connect via a wired connector'! A 'wired connection' in 2021. We have come along way.

    @AhmedShelbaya I am still waiting for your office to connect my line. I have 4 lines with @VodafoneUK and have always paid my bills on time so what is the problem here? As you are the ceo of @VodafoneUK I am asking you to take charge of this. It’s 13 days now and a disgrace!!!!!

    @VodafoneUK No it’s not something you like to see especially paying the best package you can possibly get paying for a service that isn’t worth using or paying for because you physically can’t use it.

    @VodafoneUK Hi I have contacted my bank who said it just takes longer to process if made through the app. Will I incur charges? I’ve been advised it could take a further two days but that there is no issue with the payment - just delayed

    @AdzCrawford2003 @ramsay_kirsty @VodafoneUK Nope O2 are £4 less a month for me with more data and everyone I know is on O2 and get better coverage, quality and defo customer service than Vodafone
