    @VodafoneUK can you let me know what’s happened to the network in Chelmsford. Cant make calls without it continually dropping or the other person unable to hear me despite having full bars!. I’m not alone with this issue either. Please advise. Thanks

    @VodafoneUK Vi India is not responding to my reported issue. We have 3 SIMs and same issue on all. Internet connectivity issue from last 4 days. Vi customer care is not responding. How to escalate to next level?

    @rahim94 @VodafoneUK It is long overdue! Part of the district line was built by cut and cover. ie they dug a ditch, put tracks down and put a roof on it so it is only just below street level, which is probably why you got a signal.

    @VodafoneUK why have you given my details to a debt recovery agency? They keep contacting me. I’m not behind with my bills. Not great customer service. Very unhappy with whole Vodafone experience. 5 contracts with you. Will look elsewhere
