@VodafoneUK spent a total of 12 hours 13 minutes on the phone to you the last 2 weeks, no internet since our move on the 2nd, three engineer visits not show up = 3 days off work. Absolutely disgusting level of service!!! Please advise as we’re in a tier 2 verging tier 3 county!!

Me: "If I cancel my contract can I transfer my number to a new provider?" Vodafone advisor: "No, if you cancel your contract with us you need to forfeit your number". Nice to catch @VodafoneUK's employees in a bit fat lie right there 👍🏼 Shambolic customer service.

@VodafoneUK I’m having severe issues with my broadband for over 3 weeks, the engineer came out and again it’s started playing up. This is becoming too frustrating. I called the customer service and after being on hold for over 2 hours 16 minutes I was disconnected. Not happy!!
