    PSA if you’re with @VodafoneUK and trying to call and get access to a human when it’s asks you to say what the problem is just say live chat and tobi links not working. All other combos lead to them saying chat to tobi goodbye 🙄

    @CityFibre @VodafoneUK 7 days without internet and absolutely appalled by the service provided by both #cityfibre and #vodafone. Been told everyday that it will be fixed but now being told it might be another 4 days.. business lost and looks like I’ll be moving to another ISP..

    Do not use battery refresh with @VodafoneUK up to 3 working days to fix according to their terms! 16 WORKING DAYS LATER still waiting for my phones Job booked 16 March! Been lied to 3 times by their complaints dept. Never again! Sure they’ve actually lost my phone! Avoid Vodafone
