@VodafoneUK spent a total of 12 hours 13 minutes on the phone to you the last 2 weeks, no internet since our move on the 2nd, three engineer visits not show up = 3 days off work. Absolutely disgusting level of service!!! Please advise as we’re in a tier 2 verging tier 3 county!!

@VodafoneUK your customer service is a disgrace. I have spent 3 hrs on hold over the last 2 days and still can’t speak to anyone, with the latest attempt of 90 mins being cut off. Please can you arrange for someone to contact me before I take my custom elsewhere.

@VodafoneUK And finally when I decided to cancel and ask for a refund because they were able to fix the issue, I get told that I'm past the return date and that I cannot cancel!! This is absolutely ridiculous and unfair.

@VodafoneUK I had to move my mobile to EE, because I could not get SMS texts on WiFi calling using Vodafone because they only support models they sell. Took a long time to find the out. Also same story with any other operator using Vodafone network. What a shame. EE and 3 work fine

@VodafoneUK Shocking customer service. Tried to cancel the broadband, always answer the phone promptly & then go off to ask the manager something, never to return. Delay tactics employed possibly? Waiting on Chris in Wales now!
