If you change your broadband from @VodafoneUK to BT because they couldn't upgrade me despite calling multiple times, then after we upgrade with BT, you call me to offer broadband?!? Seriously? Don't offer discount on new product, do it on existing. It's called customer success.

@VodafoneUK - it’s been over a year and still the 4g network in my home is way too slow. You had mentioned it would take 3 months for 5G to arrive in the Tw3 area and still nothing!

I've always been impressed with the customer service from @VodafoneUK since I transferred my broadband to them 3 years ago. Yesterday I spoke to them at 17.40 and today at 12.30 a new router was delivered. Well done all involved in getting this done so efficiently and swiftly.
