@VodafoneUK your customer service is a disgrace. I have spent 3 hrs on hold over the last 2 days and still can’t speak to anyone, with the latest attempt of 90 mins being cut off. Please can you arrange for someone to contact me before I take my custom elsewhere.

Me: "If I cancel my contract can I transfer my number to a new provider?" Vodafone advisor: "No, if you cancel your contract with us you need to forfeit your number". Nice to catch @VodafoneUK's employees in a bit fat lie right there 👍🏼 Shambolic customer service.

@VodafoneUK spent a total of 12 hours 13 minutes on the phone to you the last 2 weeks, no internet since our move on the 2nd, three engineer visits not show up = 3 days off work. Absolutely disgusting level of service!!! Please advise as we’re in a tier 2 verging tier 3 county!!

@VodafoneUK have the worst customer service I've experienced to date. 2 online chats about an incorrect charge on my bill have got me nowhere and a complaint that they acknowledged and said would respond in 5 days has been ignored for 7 days. @vodafoneUK respond please!!

@VodafoneUK Vodaphone are saying its in their terms and conditions that once you've paid for your phone, if you don't cancel, they can continue to take the full payment. They say it's to ensure the user isn't suddenly cut off ! If you then stop paying, their debt collectors get in touch !

@VodafoneUK After several issues with the broadband and we noted our intention to leave at the end of our contract. 2 weeks ago we called customer service to extend for another month. Today our internet got disconnected and we were advised that it would take a week to reconnect!

So I refused the 'max' plan or whatever it was to lower the monthly cost and now all of a sudden everything is running slow 🙄 I thought my upgrade was sorted buuut nope. So here's to another painful call to @VodafoneUK tomorrow. Tempted to just leave them. Nightmare.
