Having broadband issues and found @VodafoneUK have removed all the phone options to talk to someone and replaced it with a chat app 😭 they are so slow with it. The worst thing they could have done.

@VodafoneUK spent a total of 12 hours 13 minutes on the phone to you the last 2 weeks, no internet since our move on the 2nd, three engineer visits not show up = 3 days off work. Absolutely disgusting level of service!!! Please advise as we’re in a tier 2 verging tier 3 county!!

@VodafoneUK Hi thanks for the reply, last year I bought my son a google pixel 4a and it only cost me £33 per month (no phone charge) so why now do I have to pay £60+ for the same package just with an iPhone. I’ve never paid for a phone, just the packages and they’re the same price

Why is it like Fort Knox trying to get put through to an advisor from @VodafoneUK ? I used to like the good old days when it was an option or 2 then speak to someone, now every thing is automated n horrible! 😫
