    @VodafoneUK Yes. That was a mistake caused by manually typing and autocorrect. However, clicking on the link in the tweet I received yielded nothing because of the weak data signal. The moral of the story is to not take the advice to switch network providers to save a bit of money.

    @VodafoneUK To all moaning. BB can be sorted by getting in touch with them. They changed a setting & never dropped since Loyalty, I couldn’t work, told VF. They give me 12 months credit on my acc so I could still use the phone I paid £750 for my IPhone 12 Pro Max via almost new, was spotless

    @VodafoneUK Hi your customer service has refused to cancel my account, I’ve tried since March (it’s not under contract). They keep me on chat for hours, transfer me to diff operators & no one actually cancels the account. Now ur still trying to bill me?? Go on.
