Having broadband issues and found @VodafoneUK have removed all the phone options to talk to someone and replaced it with a chat app 😭 they are so slow with it. The worst thing they could have done.

@VodafoneUK spent a total of 12 hours 13 minutes on the phone to you the last 2 weeks, no internet since our move on the 2nd, three engineer visits not show up = 3 days off work. Absolutely disgusting level of service!!! Please advise as we’re in a tier 2 verging tier 3 county!!

Dear @VodafoneUK your customer service sucks. Ordered a new phone on 4th December - it was sent to the wrong address. Rearranged delivery - order lost. Just rearranged delivery again - 3 week wait. We've been a customer for over 10 years, very disappointed.

@bluesey01 @VodafoneUK Vodaphone are regulated by Ofcom. I would email Vodaphone & say you wish to make an official complaint under Ofcom regulations. Then state your case. It puts the ball in their court. Then any debt correspondence you get tell them you've made official complaint, & waiting outcome.
