@VodafoneUK spent a total of 12 hours 13 minutes on the phone to you the last 2 weeks, no internet since our move on the 2nd, three engineer visits not show up = 3 days off work. Absolutely disgusting level of service!!! Please advise as we’re in a tier 2 verging tier 3 county!!

@VodafoneUK Do those steps involve manually changing the wifi channels because the auto setting on the router is unable to do this job effectively? If so, no thanks. Seriously, you offer 1gb internet. Please invest in decent routers for the sake of the customer and yourselves

@VodafoneUK I refuse to pay for more of your data when I’m only using it because of your issue. Can you compensate me some data. I’m assuming you won’t as your customer care is unacceptable. Cannot wait for my Vodafone contracts to end. Overpriced junk.
