    @VodafoneUK spent a total of 12 hours 13 minutes on the phone to you the last 2 weeks, no internet since our move on the 2nd, three engineer visits not show up = 3 days off work. Absolutely disgusting level of service!!! Please advise as we’re in a tier 2 verging tier 3 county!!

    Me: "If I cancel my contract can I transfer my number to a new provider?" Vodafone advisor: "No, if you cancel your contract with us you need to forfeit your number". Nice to catch @VodafoneUK's employees in a bit fat lie right there 👍🏼 Shambolic customer service.

    @TotallyDogers @tomaevans @VodafoneUK For me its been totally off for 3 days now and since I got it 5 months ago, we get hourly disconnects and have had 5 engineers (some of whom don't show up) who try to fix their ****** cabling work. We were initially promised compensation in Feb's bill, then March...then April...

    @VodafoneUK Not sure that was the question. It was are you aware it's also impacting PR5? How about you stop printing scripted responses and answer customer specific questions. The cheek of you lot raising prices and fobbing us all off!

    @VodafoneUK @Sonya_LeanOnUs Why are you advising this? I'm a network engineer, and its clear you have had a major failure within the Vodafone network. Please be honest with your customers. If this was due to maintenance work over Easter, I expect Vodafone to be transparent regarding their change controls.
