@VodafoneUK spent a total of 12 hours 13 minutes on the phone to you the last 2 weeks, no internet since our move on the 2nd, three engineer visits not show up = 3 days off work. Absolutely disgusting level of service!!! Please advise as we’re in a tier 2 verging tier 3 county!!

Shocked by the news that neither @VodafoneUK nor @SamsungUK cover the repair screen of a Z fold 3 that has broken (not dropped) & is STILL UNDER WARRANTY. We are now out one very expensive phone and feel very ripped off. I have been Samsung loyal for over a decade. Disappointed

Credit where credit is due. I had some excellent customer service today from @VodafoneUK After my number was not cancelled from three years ago, discovered I was still paying a direct debit. Thankfully everything was corrected and sorted. Thanks guys and esp Ibrahim who was a 🌟
