@VodafoneUK loyal customers get short shrift. my nearest store is a 70+mile round trip. I depend on the phone your telesales people gallop through t&c's cos they are bored and have target times to wrap up calls. I want a service I am not getting.

Signed up for @VodafoneUK Pro Broadband including WiFi Xperts: "As a Vodafone Pro customer, you’ll get right through to the dedicated team, with no waiting around." Now trying to set it up, they won't respond to my calls or online chat, for a few weeks now.
