@VodafoneUK I haven’t been able to access my Apple/iCloud while connected to my broadband for nearly a day now. Is there a reason why this isn’t working? Everyone at home with iPhone has the same problem. Can you help?

@VodafoneUK Please make sure the broadband is on in my area as I need it to work am- including doing video calls. I will cancel my contract if this not done as you are in breach of the condition of providing a service in return for money.

@debra_shakes @VodafoneUK I have the same issue. I do not receive any notifications connected via Wi-Fi I.e Apple phones, Ring Doorbell notifications on my phon etc…however if I disconnect Wi-Fi and connect my devices to mobile data I get all the notifications. Same problem with everyone in my household
