@VodafoneUK your customer service is a disgrace. I have spent 3 hrs on hold over the last 2 days and still can’t speak to anyone, with the latest attempt of 90 mins being cut off. Please can you arrange for someone to contact me before I take my custom elsewhere.

@VodafoneUK absolutely appalled with the service we have received since moving to yourselves for our broadband and phone service. Called on Friday as Internet went down was told an engineer was needed as problem between exchange and property. Yet today Openreach ceased service??

@VodafoneUK Hi Vodafone my phone never works abroad now. Currently in Croatia and emergency calls only. This happens everywhere. I took my phone to a store and they said it should work but it doesnt
