    @VodafoneUK I just want it fixed - dealing with your Broadband team, then your complaints team, and then your UK CEO Nick Jeffery's team; I'm really not looking to waste any more of my time. Maybe more public naming and shaming will motivate Vodafone to provide a service that works, or fix.

    @VodafoneUK how long should I wait for a customer service agent to answer a telephone call. Tried twice, hung up on after 45 minutes and then after 95 minutes.

    @nataliesawyer @VodafoneUK My 4g has been awful today. Also had a scam text claiming to be Vodafone and that my bill had not been paid but I checked and it has, so perhaps they've been hacked?
