    Me: "If I cancel my contract can I transfer my number to a new provider?" Vodafone advisor: "No, if you cancel your contract with us you need to forfeit your number". Nice to catch @VodafoneUK's employees in a bit fat lie right there 👍🏼 Shambolic customer service.

    @VodafoneUK I'd like to draw your attention to some very bad customer service received by my mum, a long time Vodafone customer. Happy to do it on here or DM you. We'll be in to the Welwyn Garden shop again on Saturday and if they don't resolve it we'll move network.

    Getting very ticked off with @VodafoneUK their website keeps crashing, when I do get through on ‘chat’ they aren’t prepared to give benefit to long term customer. @SkyUK just saved me £30 a month BECAUSE I’m a loyal customer.

    @VodafoneUK HELP PLEASE! Mum's phone number is due to migrate to Vodafone tonight, but she has had an atrial fibrillation attack & we have not been able to pick up the new handset from the Nottingham branch. They refused to help as my mum was not present & we can't get through..
