@VodafoneUK How do I address an issue with an upgrade to Samsung Z fold. Taken 13days (02.18) due to a tech issue at your warehouse? 7 calls (since 02.21) no answer. Told it takes 2days to cancel the old order and start again. Reality, 2wks and still waiting. Customer for 12yrs.

No internet all day again, @VodafoneUK. Reference number not recognised on your 0800 tech2 team call. Online chat wouldn't accept the case, offered no support, and sent us back to the phone number saying to quote the unrecognisable code. WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE?

Absolutely disgusted @VodafoneUK, got a contract with yourselves, my phone screen freezes and lock button doesn’t work. But because I purchased this through 3rd party website. You won’t take responsibility. I pay you for your phone and sim. It’s your problem you need to fix!

@VodafoneUK does anyone in this company have the ability to do anything like send a email, escalate the issue, just say that you cannot supply broadband for the money you are taking (now 2 months) you entered a contract which 45 days later still not given ONE days internet.
