@VodafoneUK having problems connecting to my broadband service for the 2nd week running..wife has ran out of data AGAIN and has to keep paying for more(needs it for work travel so now can't access tickets/payment etc)anyway I can claim some money back,getting beyond a joke now😡

@VodafoneUK Never worked properly since it was provided. Poor speed, poor range, poor quality. Have I mentioned it before - ues lots. Have you sorted it - No And you did not honour £100 intro deal either ... AVOID AT ALL COSTS

@VodafoneUK Your collaboration with @idea_cares and @Idea have no guts to revert on mail. I have asked a service related questions to team since one an half month ago but not getting answers till date. See this is how they are playing football with customers.
@VodafoneUK But that's a lie, I've been trying to get this resolved for the past 2 months! Trying to make yourself look helpful on social media to make @VodafoneUK look like a good company is so annoying when noone has helped or resolved the issue so far!
@VodafoneUK, @GigabitAberdeen and @CityFibre is a shambles of internet and the worst process. Highly recommend not to purchase any of there packages. I’ve had 5 orders cancelled and now telling me I need to wait further 6 weeks.
@VodafoneUK I'm struggling to get your phone ppl to help. Moved over BB & phone, was told you informed old provider - you didn't - cost me an extra month with them....3 people on phone&1 chat can't understand issue and even randomly tried to sell me useless Huawei phone!!

As a company we have been with @VodafoneUK since 1994 and today I realised why @WhichUK rate them as one of worst Telecom customers. Been on hold for over 15 mins in total and still not resolved and they are unable to call me back or send emails.... really! #poorservice
2 weeks now without full network service thanks to @VodafoneUK - apparently they have ‘broken’ my porting to @EE. No faithbit will be fixed anytime soon! #ofcom
@VodafoneUK Its ok I've done my own chasing, after being told I'd get updates etc and I never have had one person call me from there, before my upgrade I couldn't get rid of Vodafone, they were constantly on the phone #shock and I've had people trying to sell me broadband 🤣🤣 no thanks!!
@PedroClarke1 @VodafoneUK I wonder how phone providers and networks deal with this , its a false picture of mobile / network availability away from a set location , surprised more not been done to improve user experience on trains as wifi not good enough to use
