    @VodafoneUK spent a total of 12 hours 13 minutes on the phone to you the last 2 weeks, no internet since our move on the 2nd, three engineer visits not show up = 3 days off work. Absolutely disgusting level of service!!! Please advise as we’re in a tier 2 verging tier 3 county!!

    @VodafoneUK you guys have the worst possible online chat ever. I've spent 3 hours on online chat to upgrade my plan and whenever I dropped out of the chat, I had to go through all again from the start. You guys need to fix it somehow

    @VodafoneUK you've restricted my phone with zero notice and I'm without any access. I'm currently using wi fi. This is unacceptable and has left me stranded. I can't speak to anyone because you don't offer that service and I can't chat online as it won't link. Livid.

    @VodafoneUK your customer service was great, until I tried to cancel a contract. Tobi was excellent, he was less of a robot than the human I got through to, who took me round in circles... An hour and a half to cancel a long out of term contract is ridiculous.
