@VodafoneUK Over the last week Ive been told that I can be upgraded for free, upgraded if I pay extra, I will need an engineer to install the internet, I won’t need an engineer & that I can’t get internet full stop from you. WHICH ONE IS IT & HOW IS THIS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE???!

No internet for over a week now. On Saturday #Vodafone said it would be fixed within 24hrs. On Monday #Vodafone said it would be fixed within next 24hrs. On Tues #Vodafone said it would be fixed within next 24hrs. Its still not fixed. Costumer support has be terrible @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK Did all this last week, few hours of reconnectig the line with your advisor for nothing, he could not event tell me if anything is fixed, just told me to keep an eye on internet for 24h and let him know if problem still there, it is, and i cant do my job cos of it , shameless …
