Absolutely disgusting level of service!!! Please advise as we’re in a tier 2 verging tier 3 county!!

I spoke to live chat (see screenshots) and so far all your "technical experts" have done is FURTHER slow the connection down and SLIGHTLY lower the buzzing on the line (VERY slightly). If you mark this as "fixed", then I'm going elsewhere.
