    @VodafoneUK your customer service is a disgrace. I have spent 3 hrs on hold over the last 2 days and still can’t speak to anyone, with the latest attempt of 90 mins being cut off. Please can you arrange for someone to contact me before I take my custom elsewhere.

    @VodafoneUK spent a total of 12 hours 13 minutes on the phone to you the last 2 weeks, no internet since our move on the 2nd, three engineer visits not show up = 3 days off work. Absolutely disgusting level of service!!! Please advise as we’re in a tier 2 verging tier 3 county!!

    @VodafoneUK I don't expect an upgrade over Twitter, but seeing as I already have my PAC number I'll try another network and see if their systems work any better !

    @GeorgeMonbiot @andy_williamson @VodafoneUK I tried Shelley Malton. Absolutely nothing, after 11 weeks of hell, I contacted my local MP. No apology, but did get sorted after this.     @VodafoneUK @debrakidd Shambles of a company, my wife couldn’t receive phone calls or text messages and the only help she could get was the agent online and they kept trying to text her a code to get into her account… went round in a circle for days, we were stuck abroad, they are an utter shambles!!

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK This is dreadful Vodafone did this to my M-I-L (in 2001 so obviously not changed much) when her hubby died, my husband took the phone, and calmly said, ‘I think you’ll find death cancels all contracts’ and put the phone down. They never bothered her again.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I swore I would never use them after my experience in Spain when they were the only operators who charged me €15 for 1 GIG of download. That's not speed, that's total bytes, after which I had to top up again! And **** their coconut-scented shops.
