    @VodafoneUK spent a total of 12 hours 13 minutes on the phone to you the last 2 weeks, no internet since our move on the 2nd, three engineer visits not show up = 3 days off work. Absolutely disgusting level of service!!! Please advise as we’re in a tier 2 verging tier 3 county!!

    Me: "If I cancel my contract can I transfer my number to a new provider?" Vodafone advisor: "No, if you cancel your contract with us you need to forfeit your number". Nice to catch @VodafoneUK's employees in a bit fat lie right there 👍🏼 Shambolic customer service.

    @VodafoneUK I have tried to contact your customer service on 0333 304 0191. Each time I was scheduled a call back only for the call to be cut off every time one of your agents called. I have dm’ed my email and account number. Please can I cancel my broadband contract.

    @VodafoneUK @hannahburgesspr Since when was a customer service issue a 'journey'??? I've been on three 'journeys' in the past with #vodafone, and all three ended up in #destinationdisappointed. My advice Hannah - walk away from Vodafone asap, and take your 'journey' with someone else instead... #bonnechance

    @VodafoneUK Hiya, I had vodafone broadband installed. And the signal in my bathroom of my flat is non existent. It's only about 13m away from router via a hallway and kitchen. Tired router in dif places in front room. But to no avail...

    @nikilianne @VodafoneUK That's interesting as I was told last week the maximum amount they can give is £20. Which I was given as a good will gesture after it taking a year to sort out a problem with at least 30 phone calls plus hours on the phone explaining everything each time.
