@VodafoneUK There has been no service in Stanhope County Durham DL13 2UE for 2 days as the mast is not working and despite reporting it still nothing has been done! It needs fixing as a matter of urgency as this is a rural location and many rely on the mobile network.

@VodafoneUK One customer service assistant on webchat said she had requested a reimbursement from her senior colleagues and had given them notes on the case. We were told we’d hear from them in 24-48 hours about the refund. That was on Tuesday. We’ve heard nothing.
@VodafoneUK My poor Mum has spent the last six days on web chat and on the phone trying to sort this out. I cannot ask her to go down another dead end.

@VodafoneUK Never experienced such awful service. Charged for a year after cancelling my contract. Promised a refund last week via complaints and still nothing. Please help
OOOHHH BOY. Iv had to resort to this, i am at the end of my tether. @VodafoneUK your customer service is absolutley shocking. Despite 9 phone calls each lasting between 45mins and an hour, spanning 8 months you are still messing up my phone contracts. Disgraceful. @MartinSLewis
