@VodafoneUK spent a total of 12 hours 13 minutes on the phone to you the last 2 weeks, no internet since our move on the 2nd, three engineer visits not show up = 3 days off work. Absolutely disgusting level of service!!! Please advise as we’re in a tier 2 verging tier 3 county!!

@VodafoneUK live chat/customer service is crap, I've been passed around from adviser to adviser, had my chat session ended, I've upgraded then was sent the wrong phone, then my new contract cancelled. Now spent an an hour and half on this dysfunctional live chat. Sort it out!
