@VodafoneUK having problems connecting to my broadband service for the 2nd week running..wife has ran out of data AGAIN and has to keep paying for more(needs it for work travel so now can't access tickets/payment etc)anyway I can claim some money back,getting beyond a joke now😡

@VodafoneUK absolutely shocking service! Terrible set up broadbanda month ago with today as activation date. No internet Rang customer service and someone inept took half an hour to say that I had to wait another 14 days for internet! Rang back and they say it’s my fault for 1/2
@VodafoneUK customer service is something else. My dad's phone has had problems for 7 wks. Master reset required. No one can get the code. Vodafone have said they are just the provider. 26 yrs my dad has been with you. He now has no phone and relies on a pension. Empty promises😡

@davehowe7406 @VodafoneUK Support staff are absolutely useless...just running around in circles flowing scripts instead of actually knowing anything about the problem. And their communication is so patronising!! Got an 8 month old fault they still have no idea about!!

@VodafoneUK if you want unlimited and a decent service go to 3 instead. I have been a business customer of Vodafone’s for 19 years. They won’t let me move to a unlimited plan or take out a rolling sim only contract. Totally useless . Three here I come.
