@VodafoneUK your customer service is a disgrace. I have spent 3 hrs on hold over the last 2 days and still can’t speak to anyone, with the latest attempt of 90 mins being cut off. Please can you arrange for someone to contact me before I take my custom elsewhere.

@VodafoneUK spent a total of 12 hours 13 minutes on the phone to you the last 2 weeks, no internet since our move on the 2nd, three engineer visits not show up = 3 days off work. Absolutely disgusting level of service!!! Please advise as we’re in a tier 2 verging tier 3 county!!

@VodafoneUK I haven’t added that extra in months I don’t think. When I called the number it seemed to have automatically upgraded my bundle to the more expensive one. I don’t think the extra worked even tho it said it did after hanging on but now I’ve just been charged £2 for 50MB. So bad!

@brightonsnapper @VodafoneUK I get them from time to time. They claim to be from @virginmedia offering upgrades to the latest iPhone or Samsung. Never managed to pinpoint them to an actual address as they're using a fake UK landline but have Indian or East Asian accents
