@joewatson1990 @VodafoneUK It's there fault how I'm on a Limited data contract and not the unlimited which we signed up for.... It also doesn't help how Instagram and Twitter don't have the data saver enabled as default... And or if there was actually WiFi on the two trains I was on today but nope

@VodafoneUK when the majority of your customers are working from home we really shouldn't be having the WiFi issues we are having. If I didn't have unlimited hotspot on another contract I'd be up the creek without a paddle because of your frankly terrible WiFi service. Fix it.

@VodafoneUK @Stuoos Yeah that's great and all @VodafoneUK but some of us have to work tomorrow and due to pretty well known global pandemic we have to work from home and may I ask how are we expected to do that with your crap wifi service being down and you being horrendously slow to fix it?

@VodafoneUK This signal checker says 3G & 4G signals are good both indoor and outdoor in my area. But no internet service at my home broadband since 3pm today. Waited on customer service call for an hour and gave up.

@VodafoneUK @sajidaanwer What I can’t understand is why with all the messaging platforms , #Vodafone can’t keep their clients updated ! Put update notifications on your apps guys , can’t be hard for you - then at least we’d all know the situation and possible down time .
