    I’ve used @VodafoneUK for I don’t know how many years, never a problem. The last two days though, awful, absolutely awful customer service, rude staff and still not got anywhere.

    @Minion_Josh_ @VodafoneUK Ugh!!!!! This brings back horrendous nightmares. I was exactly the same. Rudeness, promises of returned calls which never happened .... horrid company. Never again 😡😡😡

    @joewatson1990 @VodafoneUK It's there fault how I'm on a Limited data contract and not the unlimited which we signed up for.... It also doesn't help how Instagram and Twitter don't have the data saver enabled as default... And or if there was actually WiFi on the two trains I was on today but nope

    @Minion_Josh_ @VodafoneUK Good luck. I had the worst customer service ever from Vodafone. Great at selling you anything but when it goes wrong 😡😩. Nightmare. So rude and awful. Never again.

    @VodafoneUK terrible service trying to unlock a phone - what I was initially told would take 2 days is now running at 3 weeks! My dad is now without a phone because of this delay - unacceptable!

    Hey @VodafoneUK here’s a thought - when offering discounts on products to veterans - how about the codes actually work and you honour them? Day of my life I’m never getting back. 🫠support for disabled veterans - way to go NOT! Shambles - @JohnnyMercerUK pls investigate!
