    @VodafoneUK I've been a customer for years, you emailed me to upgrade my broadband package and now tell me i can't have it as you can't supply my address. Think you need to get things sorted before you lose a customer

    @VodafoneUK your customer service is a disgrace. I have spent 3 hrs on hold over the last 2 days and still can’t speak to anyone, with the latest attempt of 90 mins being cut off. Please can you arrange for someone to contact me before I take my custom elsewhere.

    I’ve used @VodafoneUK for I don’t know how many years, never a problem. The last two days though, awful, absolutely awful customer service, rude staff and still not got anywhere.

    @joewatson1990 @VodafoneUK It's there fault how I'm on a Limited data contract and not the unlimited which we signed up for.... It also doesn't help how Instagram and Twitter don't have the data saver enabled as default... And or if there was actually WiFi on the two trains I was on today but nope

    @VodafoneUK Had broadband set up @ new address on 06/11 using a spare router I happened to have as the new one hadn't been sent out. Spent hrs on the phone & webchat chasing the new one. Still not here on 19/12. Disappointing service for mobile & broadband customer for years! :(
