@VodafoneUK @thortful Fobbed off again by Vodafone and told to ring customer care , no I'm not sitting in a que and waiting 45 mins , 30 hrs I've waste on the phone to Vodafone in 2 months, not good enough I'm stopping my direct debit and contacting your ombudsman....

@VodafoneUK When you make a complaint and trying to get it resolved you get cut off in 4 separate calls in 3 days. This complaint relates to something that is about to lose me the house I’m buying. #appallingcustomerservice #pissedoff
