@Minion_Josh_ @VodafoneUK Good luck. I had the worst customer service ever from Vodafone. Great at selling you anything but when it goes wrong 😡😩. Nightmare. So rude and awful. Never again.

@Minion_Josh_ @VodafoneUK Ugh!!!!! This brings back horrendous nightmares. I was exactly the same. Rudeness, promises of returned calls which never happened .... horrid company. Never again 😡😡😡

@VodafoneUK You have the absolute worst data coverage I've ever experienced. I drive around the country and my work phone on O2 constantly has 4g whilst mine just has H+ at best and even when it says I have 4g it hardly works. Can't wait until my deal is over

@VodafoneUK Great initiative. However, how about improving the current service to existing customers. Over the past 4 months the quality of your network has drastically declined especially in London. Where once I had full bars I now have 1-2 if I’m lucky. @EE here I come.

@VodafoneUK Already been on the chat and rang. Just wanted the world of Twitter to know just how bad your service is so others won't make the same mistake. Waiting for weeks for an appointment to be told last minute we have to wait another week when once again I'm supposed to be on shift.

@VodafoneUK Thanks very much for nothing. For When I do expose this absolute lack of customer care someone is going to be seriously interested. This Twitter resolve doesn’t work the branch doesn’t work call centre doesn’t work. I’m left with two phones blacklisted by you for no reason.
