@VodafoneUK I have just spoken with Lauren. She needs a raise. I've been trying for so long to actually have someone help me & she couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. She could teach the rest how to deal with customers the correct way. Also Tran for actually setting it up!

Take a day off and spend 3hrs on the phone to sort out a simple issue with .@VodafoneUK when they admitted selling me a product at a certain price then doubling the amount on the bill. Zero customer care. Going to take this up with #FCA #avoidvodafone
