They have messed up my number transfer from one Vodafone contract to another which has resulted in 9 days of down time and its still not resolved. But it's my fault!

By law Vodafone MUST provide him with a PAC Code (Porting Authorisation Code) on request FOC. He simply gives that to his new network when joining & his VFone contract will terminate in a matter of hours.
