    @VodafoneUK I've been a customer for years, you emailed me to upgrade my broadband package and now tell me i can't have it as you can't supply my address. Think you need to get things sorted before you lose a customer

    @VodafoneUK It's saying good coverage but my 4G is being very slow. I have turned phone on and off, data on and off and unselected and reselected network. Can Vodafone push some new settings through to my phone phone get the data to work faster? Takes ages to load a Web page.

    @VodafoneUK My husband has been being billed twice each month since he switched deal. Despite repeated calls to your customer services team and assurance it’s resolved, it’s still happening. Who can we speak to to stop it please?
