@joewatson1990 @VodafoneUK It's there fault how I'm on a Limited data contract and not the unlimited which we signed up for.... It also doesn't help how Instagram and Twitter don't have the data saver enabled as default... And or if there was actually WiFi on the two trains I was on today but nope

@AndrewP92258776 @VodafoneUK I’ve tried to cancel my order but I was told I would have to wait until it has been delivered then send it back, they clearly don’t have the phone in stock and are hoping they get more soon.

@VodafoneUK And your messages you sent out this morning with a time limit are unachievable if you don’t have the network capability to demand a trade in is completed in time. We will not accept the increase in billing if your system won’t let us complete the contract!

@VodafoneUK It’s the experience I’ve had with Vodafone for years. The customer service just isn’t there. I’ve sent a DM and got an auto response saying I’ll be sent a text to pass security which won’t work because the SIM doesn’t work.

@MoultJase @VodafoneUK They continue because they think they can do what they want to us, the”little man” and they are big and rich. Takes the pee. It needs all the folk who@have been fobbed off by them to speak up, maybe if enough people who are let down by them shout up they will listen

@VodafoneUK hi- I’m moving home to a new area which can’t get Vodafone wifi, meaning I’ll have to cancel my contract early- will I still need to pay early cancellation fees since my new flat won’t get Vodafone broadband service?
