@VodafoneUK terrible service trying to unlock a phone - what I was initially told would take 2 days is now running at 3 weeks! My dad is now without a phone because of this delay - unacceptable!

@joewatson1990 @VodafoneUK It's there fault how I'm on a Limited data contract and not the unlimited which we signed up for.... It also doesn't help how Instagram and Twitter don't have the data saver enabled as default... And or if there was actually WiFi on the two trains I was on today but nope

@VodafoneUK Right, appreciate the answer, the issue is that I’ve called 3 times between yesterday and tomorrow, waited for more than 45min and got no answer. Oh, and “easy switch” is not something available for clients, we must call it “broadband activation team” for the phone to direct us.

@VodafoneUK Twitter not working. Images and videos do not load using the vodafone network on app. If you visit the website, the whole website does not load. Please fix.

@JimScarratt Hi Jim I’m guessing you’re with @VodafoneUK it’s an issue they are aware of and have apparently been working to fix for the last couple of days. Should work give when connect to WiFi rather than mobile data.

Anyone else having problems using Twitter on @VodafoneUK over mobile network. Wifi is fine but when you switch to 4g pictures and videos will not load.
