@joewatson1990 @VodafoneUK It's there fault how I'm on a Limited data contract and not the unlimited which we signed up for.... It also doesn't help how Instagram and Twitter don't have the data saver enabled as default... And or if there was actually WiFi on the two trains I was on today but nope

@VodafoneUK Thanks for getting back to me and letting me know, I will get my daughter to look at my fone and see if she can work out how to set it up , I'm not able to do that sort of thing myself being old, still think Vodafone shouldn't have took sure signal away !!!

@VodafoneUK same old same old, you promise me a new package to upgrade and then you want to charge an upfront cost, give me less data and charge me more per month. Nothing but hassle with Vodafone and broken promises and that’s the loyalty you get when your a customer of 15 years

@VodafoneUK why have you made it so difficult to speak to an advisor? I’m logging a complaint with ofcomm because you are useless and harassing me for money even though you can’t send me a contract and brake down of what I’m paying for.

@VodafoneUK I'm not over joyed with having to do so but like I said I can't leave them ! As I said before sure signal worked fine and you decide to fix what wasn't broken , the signal is non existant where I live and it shouldn't be! (2)
