@joewatson1990 @VodafoneUK It's there fault how I'm on a Limited data contract and not the unlimited which we signed up for.... It also doesn't help how Instagram and Twitter don't have the data saver enabled as default... And or if there was actually WiFi on the two trains I was on today but nope

@VodafoneUK terrible service trying to unlock a phone - what I was initially told would take 2 days is now running at 3 weeks! My dad is now without a phone because of this delay - unacceptable!

I’ve used @VodafoneUK for I don’t know how many years, never a problem. The last two days though, awful, absolutely awful customer service, rude staff and still not got anywhere.

Well **** you very much @VodafoneUK there is a THREE DAY outage March 1-4 on all broadband in the Chelsea SW3 area. I waste an hour trying to get through to help desk. You could have tweeted about this or texted all your customers - you have our emails!! 🤬 Refund all affected!

@VodafoneUK please help! I run a business which has several hundred devices connecting to my guest wifi every month. I cant semm to delete them from my wifi when they leave, only block them. Which causes an issue when they return. Am i wrong? Can devices be safely removed? #wifi

Day 7 of no internet after @CityFibre screwed the installation on behalf of @VodafoneUK promised a call yesterday from CF to book in engineers. Guess what?! No call, no resolution in place, total joke with no one taking responsibility
