@joewatson1990 @VodafoneUK It's there fault how I'm on a Limited data contract and not the unlimited which we signed up for.... It also doesn't help how Instagram and Twitter don't have the data saver enabled as default... And or if there was actually WiFi on the two trains I was on today but nope

@VodafoneUK terrible service trying to unlock a phone - what I was initially told would take 2 days is now running at 3 weeks! My dad is now without a phone because of this delay - unacceptable!

Just suffered the WORST customer service from @VodafoneUK. I wouldn’t even call it a service. I’m expecting broadband on Wednesday, and track the order to find out they’ve cancelled it. Then they say next available date is 22nd Nov… Then insult me with offering £10 compensation
