@joewatson1990 @VodafoneUK It's there fault how I'm on a Limited data contract and not the unlimited which we signed up for.... It also doesn't help how Instagram and Twitter don't have the data saver enabled as default... And or if there was actually WiFi on the two trains I was on today but nope

@VodafoneUK terrible service trying to unlock a phone - what I was initially told would take 2 days is now running at 3 weeks! My dad is now without a phone because of this delay - unacceptable!

@VodafoneUK Imagine telling my sister she couldn’t get the £5 a day compensation she was promised because they made her cancel, buy the internet dongle and take a month to install her WiFi. Also the £75 Amazon voucher she was promised when she signed up. That’s trash bro

@VodafoneUK I was told maintenance works would be completed by 22nd August. I’m still unable to receive inbound calls and make outbound calls without the line being very poor. I would like compensation immediately as this has been terrible service!

It's like great tech but the weak link is @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup and the poor #customerexperience @AhmedShelbaya
