@joewatson1990 @VodafoneUK It's there fault how I'm on a Limited data contract and not the unlimited which we signed up for.... It also doesn't help how Instagram and Twitter don't have the data saver enabled as default... And or if there was actually WiFi on the two trains I was on today but nope

@VodafoneUK @CityFibre Was due to come out and they refused to tell me. No one seems to give a **** about money I have lost. I spent over 3 hours this morning trying to resolve I’m no further forward. There was a passing @CityFibre engineer who I spoke with & he was meant to come back to me & hasnt.

@VodafoneUK How long is “as soon as possible”? Days? Weeks? Months? And will you be reducing my bill to reflect your lack of service?

Why does @VodafoneUK think it's acceptable to keep a stupid automated telephone system standing guard instead of just putting me through to a goddamn real person!!!!?

@VodafoneUK @CityFibre thanks for the terrible attempt at domestic broadband install today. Arrived late, this is after they never showed up to 1st appt. Turned up full of excuses, clearly no intention of wanting to commence install. #workshy

@CityFibre @VodafoneUK I have done but your ‘updates’ are incorrect & you keep supplying them with false information so I had 3 installation appointments your engineers didn’t show up for. Then once I got wifi it’s down 2 days later & you keep giving incorrect updates so gods knows when it will be fixed
