    @markshaw @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK When I got my last iPhone the lady at O2 told me they don't lock their phones any more. Not sure if that's true or applies to all. You could get a SIM from a friend on another network and try it.

    Oh and @VodafoneUK customer service is also SHOCKING. Honestly? If you bought something from a shop, it turned to be faulty & unusable, you’re within your rights to return it. You expect a REFUND. NOT to be CREDITED a whole MONTH later.
