    @jwiles77 @VodafoneUK It’s just ridiculous all these overseas call centres massive language barrier. They don’t care about you once your signed up it’s just about taking your money. Very poor service I’m Not a happy customer at all

    @VodafoneUK I phoned up customer service and it's fixed now. Turned out to be a billing issue even though I already provided the correct payment details. Weird. But I'm glad the issue didn’t persist for longer than a day.

    @cfc18881 @VodafoneUK Spoke to someone abroad I couldn’t understand discussing account who promised to ring back. Now they’ve offered to ring me but can’t as account not in my name. Absolutely farcical company customer service is rubbish

    6 months into 18 month fibre broadband contract and @VodafoneUK hike price from £23 to £25.50. OK, not bad, but took option to jump ship. Now staying... Doubled speed to 76mbps at old price but now with an extra 10% discount and new router. So £20.70 all in. #topdeal #speedy

    @VodafoneUK what on earth is going on with the broadband today. Mrs working from home lost half a day trying to reset the router and troubleshoot. All it would have taken was a message to users to notify there was an issue. Internet still down at 21:40. What am I paying you for?

    Worst customer service/internet goes to @VodafoneUK tech support got no clue what they're doing, they cut me off from internet without a heads up, after 10 minutes I reset myself, they closed the chat, problem still isnt solved and all agents are busy so cant reconnect.
