    @VodafoneUK I have made a formal complaint to you and was told a 48 hour window of when you would contact me back. I have called back since then a promised another call back. I’ve spent over 4 hours on to Vodafone in a week and still not resolved. This is VERY serious.

    @EE @MarcAllera you really employ sim incompetent people. Paid £93 for the past 23 months. Phoned to upgrade and 24 hours later my esim has been cancelled! I now have no service until a physical sim arrives. Pathetic. May cancel upgrade and go to @VodafoneUK

    Disgusting behaviour from @VodafoneUK .My partner Still waiting for a refund after app said payment was unsuccessful has been charged 5x making her overdrawn .This was 2 weeks ago and still not resolved . Customer service is a absolute joke . Avoid this company !
