    @VodafoneUK I think we're good now, I had a look on YouTube for a fix and it's working, other half had a similar issue on his phone too and it's corrected itself. Thanks for getting back to me.

    Just had the worst customer experience from @VodafoneUK to be told from a senior customer relations advisor that I should explore deals from other providers is shocking, only complaining in the first place as 2 pieces of mis-information had been provided already #appalling

    @VodafoneUK I opened a case 7 days ago as my SIM card is showing invalid. No new card received.Almost 8 hours of calls and webchat still with issues and my case is unanswered. Can’t call me as SIM is not working 😡 😡 😡

    Pleased our @VodafoneUK broadband contract is now up. This WiFi has been awful for too long! Time to go somewhere who will actually send a human to sort it out once and for all!

    @VodafoneUK what is the point in raising cases you don’t respond to DMs that take multiple days just to ask security questions. web chats that’s still have no response. Your customer service is appalling. 3 weeks now waiting for a SIM. Cancelling contracts 😡

    @VodafoneUK Broadband app says connected to fibre when not working. If I manually unplug the fibre the router jumps over to 4g. Not sure why it's not doing this automatically

    @VodafoneUK ME1 in Kent down as well. With the disruption being so widespread, you must have some idea of what is wrong by now and how long it is going to take to fix. Your Customer Services are clearly overwhelmed, so clear communication on your online channels is now really important.

    @lynseyb29 @VodafoneUK I get that.. But you commented on a post which explains the issue. And complained about customer service. It's bank holiday, there's probably only a few staff in the call centre. And there's a national outage.

    @Ronnieb1880 @VodafoneUK All you needed to do was sending a text to your customers to inform them before hand (if it was a planned engineering that went wrong) or after (if it was an unprecedented event). That is called customer care! Five hours now!! 😶
