    @VodafoneUK having issues with nuisance calls from a number very similar to my own. Only the last 3 digits are different. I rang one of the numbers back today and the person who answered says she never rang me but has a similar number to me and is having the same problem with 1/2

    @VodafoneUK Oh I’ve had no issues getting in contact, the issue is the advisor didn’t listen or understand that all I wanted was to unlink a watch on my plan from my number - that’s literally it!! An hour and a half for that! It’s sorted now but painful experience to say the least. Thanks.

    @furness_darren @VodafoneUK Only offering me £40 is a joke supposed signing up to automatic compensation scheme looks like they backing out @Ofcom rates state £5 a day if delay in service

    @VodafoneUK tried to request a Network Unlock code and get email response saying oops you need to have been using your sim for at least 30 days. It has been 30 days! Help

    Once again @VodafoneUK. Appalling service, taking nearly £800 from my account. Said it would be back in my account by Wednesday. Guess what I am still waiting. Disgusting

    Had an abysmal #broadband installation from @VodafoneUK yesterday. Not working today. I kept the #virgin cable service until I was sure it was working. Good move because #vodafone are cheap but hopeless.

    Still offered me nothing offered to find out what has happened @VodafoneUK ?!...I know what’s happened my live date was delayed 35 days knowing the reason isn’t gonna get me lost money and time back it’s not gonna make me feel better or sleep easy at night. Customer service tosh

    @VodafoneUK Hi I’ve done this before and nothing has happened because you always say the signal is fine in my area when it’s clearly not. I’m paying nearly £70 a month and I can barely get on the internet

    @VodafoneUK Thanks Amy. I've managed to sort the problem...kind of. The error occurred each time I tried to keep our existing number. When I tried selecting a new line, it worked fine. Not ideal but it got around the problem 👍

    @VodafoneUK trying to sign up with you for b/band as current supplier keeps failing. BUT your website doesn’t recognise my phone number, and also says the max speed in this area is 65Mb which is not true (currently get 150Mb+) Online chat not no help and emails unanswered. Help.

    @VodafoneUK Day 8 of no connection for a new @VodafoneUK customer. Tonight I’ve been told that the 3rd line team will need to run some tests. But that it could take 48 hrs. Shame this wasn’t escalated on Day 1 instead of being told to ‘reset it and it will be fine’, repeatedly. It’s not.

    @VodafoneUK @mert19847 I was recently a customer and it was irritating how often, despite being asked not to.yoy rang me. I've gone to tesco mobile in a 100gb contract, unltd txts/ calls. £14 per month with no, unlike yourselves, increase every April. People have a choice.

    @VodafoneUK I am never going to have anything to do with @VodafoneUK after their appalling customer service and treatment of me, charging me for one calendar year, for an item they never delivered. They refunded me after I found the delivery note, which itemised the SIM only. No apology! 🤯

    @VodafoneUK Premise check online says i can get the Superfast2 service, i have had TalkTalk FTTC broadband in the past, there is a 4year old cable between the cabinet&my property, last active 18months ago. I need to know if there's a fee for the engineer to reactivate the line at the cabinet
