    Had an abysmal #broadband installation from @VodafoneUK yesterday. Not working today. I kept the #virgin cable service until I was sure it was working. Good move because #vodafone are cheap but hopeless.

    @VodafoneUK Oh I’ve had no issues getting in contact, the issue is the advisor didn’t listen or understand that all I wanted was to unlink a watch on my plan from my number - that’s literally it!! An hour and a half for that! It’s sorted now but painful experience to say the least. Thanks.

    @VodafoneUK having issues with nuisance calls from a number very similar to my own. Only the last 3 digits are different. I rang one of the numbers back today and the person who answered says she never rang me but has a similar number to me and is having the same problem with 1/2

    @VodafoneUK daughter’s phone faulty a couple of weeks after purchase.Sent away twice to be repaired only for it to be sent back today for the second time still damaged! Paying a fortune still for this contract without a phone! Customer service absolutely horrendous #avoid

    @VodafoneUK I've just switched to you and am disappointed to find out that you have no network coverage in Tyne & Wear @My_Metro tunnels. With @EE I got 4G suitable for video calls and uninterrupted Teams meetings from home to work. Now I can't even get 2G. When will you upgrade?

I'm also tired of their excuse that they're focusing on the data network on the tube instead - like, that only helps if you're on the Jubilee line (or on the bits of tube that are above ground, which obviously have data access anyway).

    @VodafoneUK Yeah it would be a Vodafone sim only contract I’d be looking at. We haven’t had any issues with the network and currently run 2 mobiles with you as well.

    @JoshAlexCairo @VodafoneUK simply cannot get over that they turned it off without much warning or fanfare to "focus on their underground 4G rollout" which is on just one line a material change in service which customers had no opportunity to opt in or out of
