So got email off @VodafoneUK saying I can now upgrade so goes on to see cost I’ve been a customer for 10 years and they still want £50 upfront cost and then whatever it cost each month for the phone think I may change to a different provider a cheaper one!

@VodafoneUK Im also sick of waiting patiently . 4 days is more than enough . As I have now said if I’m not connected this afternoon I want the pac codes for both phones . The contract will be invalid as you have not actually connected me to yoyr network
