    @VodafoneUK must be the worst company@in the world for its customer service I have been passed around more times than I remember and still no where. I recommend you stay away from this company and get your stuff elsewhere.

    @VodafoneUK what is the point in raising cases you don’t respond to DMs that take multiple days just to ask security questions. web chats that’s still have no response. Your customer service is appalling. 3 weeks now waiting for a SIM. Cancelling contracts 😡

    @VodafoneUK I opened a case 7 days ago as my SIM card is showing invalid. No new card received.Almost 8 hours of calls and webchat still with issues and my case is unanswered. Can’t call me as SIM is not working 😡 😡 😡

    @VodafoneUK My phone hasn't worked for 2 weeks! Spent an hour in Wokingham Vodafone last weekend & they couldn't fix it, finally got into Reading Vodafone yesterday who fixed it but wouldn't give me any compensation at all! Very poor when I pay over £50 a month on my contract!

    @VodafoneUK Thanks Dean. My mother has a form of dementia that messes with her visual processing- can’t use a phone, tablet, computer any more; can’t see the keys or icons even where the device actually is. So that isn’t going to help us.

    @peterPhotos @VodafoneUK Thanks Peter. It’s really kind of you to take the time to offer words of support. I should say, when my father died, the bereavement team at Vodafone were just lovely, and did what they said they would. Most helpful. This is really wearing though!
