Paying a fortune still for this contract without a phone! Customer service absolutely horrendous #avoid

With @EE I got 4G suitable for video calls and uninterrupted Teams meetings from home to work. Now I can't even get 2G. When will you upgrade?

Woeful on every level, no accountability and I spent so long on the phone calling in to cancel a contract I’d never started - time I’ll never get back. Good luck. Awful company.
