@VodafoneUK what is the point in raising cases you don’t respond to DMs that take multiple days just to ask security questions. web chats that’s still have no response. Your customer service is appalling. 3 weeks now waiting for a SIM. Cancelling contracts 😡

@VodafoneUK I've just switched to you and am disappointed to find out that you have no network coverage in Tyne & Wear @My_Metro tunnels. With @EE I got 4G suitable for video calls and uninterrupted Teams meetings from home to work. Now I can't even get 2G. When will you upgrade?

@VodafoneUK I've been having issues downloading and updating apps on the Google Play Store while using my Vodafone fibre broadband. YouTube doesn't work well either. It all works fine when I use my mobile data. I believe this is a known issue, please can you resolve it for me?

Shocked by the news that neither @VodafoneUK nor @SamsungUK cover the repair screen of a Z fold 3 that has broken (not dropped) & is STILL UNDER WARRANTY. We are now out one very expensive phone and feel very ripped off. I have been Samsung loyal for over a decade. Disappointed
