@VodafoneUK @Ofcom so I ask for PAC CODE to leave network early. Agreed to early term fee which then goes up by over £30 as I wish to retain my own number. They are making a killing out of unsuspecting customers. #disgracefulcustomerservice Complaint raised.

So got email off @VodafoneUK saying I can now upgrade so goes on to see cost I’ve been a customer for 10 years and they still want £50 upfront cost and then whatever it cost each month for the phone think I may change to a different provider a cheaper one!

The only solution @VodafoneUK the 6th agent gave, to get me online for an indefinite period until they reinstate the broadband & phone they cut off 1 mth into a 2yr contract, was for me to travel to one of their shops & spend my money buying a dongle from them! #Vodafoneavoidthem
