@VodafoneUK I don't, I've had my O2 account credited with £30 for the inconvenience of having no mobile signal in Stanhope for nearly 2 weeks. However it appears Vodafone customer service isn't so good and @MardybumHelen is one of those customers

@VodafoneUK so,you signed me up to your broadband,set an activation date,went live..then realised you never took over my landline. Then told me it’s all “open reach’s fault and you can’t actually provide broadband in my area.

@chloesometimes @VodafoneUK Annoying! Currently on Sky and it’s decent Fiber! Stay away from BT and TalkTalk, horrible experiences with them
